istoyor 0 Report post Posted February 9, 2017 Hi, If i were you, i would use chest, head, back, and shoulder for the 4p bonus. Use the leggo neck for now the haste/crit on is is realy good + a gem slot and a shield every 30 sec the stats on those boots are a lot less attractive than the neck. but as soon as you get t19 hand set stick the shoulders back on asap hope this has helped.
