Help build / rotation questions frost

What build / rotation am I going to get the best out of without a tier set bonus yet . with any luck I'll get a 2 piece this week as I have the cloak . I also have the leggo cloak and neck but figured I would get more out of the helm and wrist . I feel like the two are not working together well . what talent should I run with these lego ?  The bos build is different and taking some time to learn correctly . do I forgo freezing fog to take horn so I can keep the breath up longer ?  I have to be doing many things wrong . I'm sorry I don't have any logs to post as I don't have anything installed to do that .

The standard BoS build, with freezing fog would yield the best out come. A breathe "faq" coming out soon for breathe hopefully that can help you transition into BoS better.
