Question about flying in Legion

So. What Im wondering about is if pathfinder part 1 and 2 has to be done on one character or can I do part 1 on one character and part 2 on another one? Is there a fellow wow'er that know the answer on my question? :)

Yes, both achievements have account-wide progress.
