Need some tips/advice on my Havoc Demon Hunter

I'm wondering if I should be running the Chaos Blades build or the demonic build for raiding at this point? I've seen a few people running both and I'm curious if there's a certain "requirement" that makes one better than the other.

Running Demonic would only be useful on fights like Tich or Skorp with a lawlbeam spec imo. If you have bracers I'd run bracers with ring for the rest of this patch with bloodlet, if you don't have bracers run chaos cleave or first blood both are good, I personally like CC. You have good crit, mastery, haste. And Chaos Blades out performs demonic by a lot on most fights.
