Rogue Energy Management

Recommended Posts

I'm new to rogue and wow in general and was wondering if anyone has some tips on energy management. I have been playing outlaw rogue and if I don't have adrenaline rush on I run out of energy really quick and just stand there for a lot of the fight. I don't know if I'm just not using my rotations correctly or if outlaw rogue is just based around adrenaline rush being on. Thanks!

Are you 110 yet? Outlaw is kind of Energy starved without Slice and Dice or one of the Roll the Bones buffs to give you some.

My only suggestion would be that if you find yourself too Energy starved to do anything, you should probably look to pick up some more Haste on your gear.

Note that if you aren't 110 yet then it doesn't matter too much. You'll gain and lose stats as you go, and you can look at getting specifics once you finished levelling. If, while levelling, you decide that you don't like the feel of a spec, change! It doesn't cost anything to change specs to Sub or Sin, so give them a shot and see if you like them more
