Given that this does nothing other than publicise your gameplay, I'm removing the link.

I like how when you click on the name of the person who wrote this guide, it opens the armory of a Monk. That explains why it says you should take the glorified beach ball as your final pvp talent, instead of having your most powerful ability on a 1min cooldown.

Chill Streak was far better in 7.2.5. I'm not sure if it will be in 7.3, I haven't tested any DK PvP at all yet, but we'll see. Unless you were going to slog it out in a longer, slower game which, at least from my experience is pretty rare nowadays, you simply don't need the Empowered reduction. It's all about high-paced burst to end the game ASAP.

Is this outdated? Seems like the talents don't match what is currently available.

Would be great to get some updates for BFA.  Albeit great advice here it’s old.  And many of these abilities have been nuetered or removed.  Still the same, no CC and No mobilty problems for Dks.  But not they crushed thier ability to survive as well.  I don’t say this often, but Blizz jacked them up.  When we’ve got a 3 min cool 30% damage reduction and Dh’s have a 1 min 35% + 50% dodge cool.  When we can either pick a small heal, or wraith walk for mobility.  Talents in general are all jacked up, they are ok for PVE, terrible for pvp.

There is an update coming soon, Mysticall is just working through the different specs trying to get them finished ASAP! There is a priority on the more frequently played specs, but they will all be finished ASAP.

Thanks for updating the guide but I have a couple of doubts I hope you can answer to:

Both cold heart and frostwyrm's fury are nerfed into 33% of normal damage in pvp, and breath of sindragosa to 50%, are you taking this into account?

Because from what I saw after the pvp nerf inexorable assault seems to just build up more damage overall, breath still seems ok burst if people don't interrupt you and I'm not sure about frostwyrm's fury, but still would like to know if you considered the pvp modifiers.

Executive Producer Holly Longdale teased some upcoming experimental PvE-focused content that Blizzard will soon reveal to the community.
It appears that Plunderstorm isn't the only new mode Blizzard plans to add to WoW this year.
Holly Longdale today teased an upcoming PvE-oriented event that will soon be revealed to us. Holly might be talking about the "Timerunning Pandamonium," expected in Patch 10.2.7.
      (Source)
      Greetings Citizens of Azeroth,
It’s been great seeing so many players taking the plunge into Plunderstorm and we’ve loved seeing all of the stories and feedback as this experimental event evolves. It will be exciting to see some of the community content creators going head-to-head as duos during the Plunderstorm Creator Royale on March 30!  This isn’t the end of the things we want to try in World of Warcraft, however, and we have more in store we can’t wait to show you.
Dragonflight Season 4 is in route as testing begins on the PTR and we’ll have more news to share soon™ on the next experiment we have up our sleeves. We hope those of you who are looking for PvE focused content will enjoy what we’re planning, all while we continue to press forward on development of our next expansion for World of Warcraft— The War Within.
We can’t wait to share with you all the many things the team has been hard at work on.
With gratitude and excitement for what we’ll do together next,
      Holly Longdale
