casperhoward19 4 Report post Posted June 27, 2017 hi all i just got Parsel's Tongue and i am stuck on what other one to use i have all apart from the new ring do i stick with using Roar of the Seven Lions with the chest or do i use The Mantle of Command also is the chest only for dire frenzy build or can it be used for beast to ? Khallid 110 Report post Posted June 27, 2017 (edited) Roar of the Seven Lions is the absolute best legendary under all situations, never take it off. The chest can be used with the beast crit build and it works fine. You just won't be able to wear Tier19 2-piece and Tier20 4-piece at the same time, so once you drop Tier 19 you have to switch to DIre Frenzy and Bestial Fury.
