Help with gear please.

Hi all just asking the question when should i start putting on siege gear to replace old teir i only have normal mode gear so its not a massive thing but just seeking imput if anyone could point me in the right direction id appreciate it.

For Fire, I wouldn't break 4pt15 until you can get 4pt16.

For Arcane, it's close.  BiS might end up being 4pt15.

For Frost, I'm not sure.  With how frost works currently, t16 set bonuses are really underpowered.
