The lava/ice in your hands is just the buff you get from completing the Shaman order hall campaign. It increases your movement speed while in your order hall.

Here's an easy way to obtain Item Level 366 starter gear in Dragonflight.
Make sure War Mode is turned on. If it isn't, visit Stormwind/Orgrimmar, press "N", and Enable War Mode in the bottom right corner of the UI.

In Valdrakken, visit Gladiator's Refuge at (entrance at 40.7 44.69) and turn right as you enter. You will see Fieldmaster Emberath <War Mode Quartermaster>, selling Item Level 366 gear for Bloody Tokens.

How Much Bloody Tokens Does the Gear Cost?
Helm, Legs, and Chest cost 500 Bloody Tokens. Shoulders, Gloves, and Feet cost 350 Bloody Tokens. Cloaks, Bracers, and Belt cost 200 Bloody Tokens. Weapons: 400 Bloody Tokens (One-Hand), 800 (Two-Hand). Drakebreaker's Set Bonuses
Wearing 2/4/6 pieces of Drakebreaker's GGear activates the following set bonuses:
      (2) Set: Versatility increased by 105. (4) Set: When you are stunned, harden your resolve, absorbing up to 51,779 damage for 10 sec. Cannot occur more than once every 2 min. (6) Set: Killing enemy players grants Breaker's Frenzy, increasing versatility and movement speed by 2%. Can stack up to 10 times. Drakebreaker's Gear can be further upgraded to Item Level 385 with Trophy of Strife.

You will also need the lower item-level version of the item you'd like to upgrade.
      How to Get Bloody Tokens?
Blood Tokens come from World Quests in Dragonflight. Look at the World Map, which quests will reward them.

Six levels to go for Doubleagent in Dragonflight. The Neutral Pandaren is aiming to reach Level 70 with Herbalism and Mining without leaving the Wandering Isle or choosing a faction.
Doubleagent has reached Level 64 about 9 hours ago, I image he's already at 64.5 or so. Getting 50XP per node is really insane and his dedication truly admirable.

Hunter players can unlock Ottuk Taming in Dragonflight, and here are the requirements.
Wowhead has discovered the source of Ottuk Taming in the Dragonflight expansion, which was shrouded in mystery. The latest Hunter pet addition belongs to the Rodent family.
Taming Ottuk is tied to Iskaara Tuskarr Renown. You must reach Level 11 to unlock the Questline: The Chieftain's Duty. The quest starts with Sudden Isolation from Murik in Iskaara. While the Iron Is Hot, the final quest, where you slay Zhurtan the Riverboiler in the Waking Shores, rewards Ottuk Taming.  The unlock is account-wide, so all Hunters on your account will have access to it once unlocked.

The Dragonflight pre-patch event ends later today with the release of Dragonflight. Therefore, don't forget to spend all your earned Primeval Essences.
UPDATE: The vendors are still there on live servers, so if you're alts are missing gear, don't forget to buy it at Level 60.
Primeval Essence, the Dragonflight pre-patch event currency, can be turned in for item level 252 gear at Level 60. When the new expansion hits, the event will be gone, and the vendors will most likely despawn, leaving you with worthless Primeval Essence in your inventory.

The currency is BoA, and you can send it to alts. Note that the alt must be Level 60 to buy gear. Low-level characters cannot purchase it.
Check out our Primal Storms guide before the event's gone for good.

If you still have some remaining Primeval Essences from the Dragonflight pre-patch event in your inventory, you will be pleased to learn Storm Vendors are still around on live servers.
Storm Vendors that sell item level 252 catch-up gear have not despawned, even though you can no longer earn Primeval Essences. The currency is BoA and can be sent over to alts, so if you have some laying around in your backpack, you can still buy gear to give your alts a head-start into the Dragon Isles.
Your alt must be Level 60 to buy the gear even though the Dragon Isles are available at Level 58.
