ugly!!! the burning crusade designers need to return. no expansion has had nice gear since. Pandaria gear being the absolute worst.

That's wildly debatable, WotLK had some amazing sets, especially for DKs, Pandaria gave us some amazing monk sets, WoD gave us one of the best Warrior sets we've ever seen with the mythic BRF set, I know it's all down to opinion, but saying no other expansion has no other good gear is a little narrow minded.

I rerolled Priest because of this tier set (and the new animations).

Gonna have to disagree on this one - I've loved plenty of sets since BC. ICC DK set and any Challenge mode set were great.

It's Mythic switch time! We're moving the main focus of coverage to the highest difficulty this week as over 50 guilds have cleared all bosses in Aberrus. So don't be too surprised if the charts look completely different, and we also have Heroic down at the bottom as well, where Arcane is still reigning supreme.
      Mythic
      Overall Damage 95th Percentile
But first, it's Frost DKs time to shine in Mythic! The spec has been doing great for a while now and is back on top, at the literal other end of the rankings compared to Heroic, where it's in the bottom. In fact, we have a mid-tier Vault rankings reunion in the top 2, as Devastation lands in 2nd, and the two specs were also running things for a while a couple of months ago. Shadow finds its way into 3rd, just 1 lower than its spot in Mythic+, with Demonology right behind it in 4th. Elemental is the biggest outlier from Heroic, taking 5th, followed by the other DK and two Mage specs. Subtletly closes out the top 10 and we see the bottom 3 pretty much the same as in Heroic (minus the Frost DK), with Beast Mastery, Feral and Fire down there. Luckily for them, both BM and Fire are getting some solid buffs in this week's tuning, while Feral is getting set changes as well.

95th percentile Mythic data by Warcraft Logs.
      Overall Damage All Percentiles
Devastation dropped down 3 spots here, with Shadow and Demo moving past it, and Unholy remains steady in 5th. Arcane is doing better here in the generalist bracket, and while not quite as crazy as it is in Heroic with the short fights, it's looking very solid in 6th. We see a face we haven't in a long time, sandwiched between two Rogues, as Survival claims 8th, and the top 10 ends with Elemental, which dropped quite a bit since last week.

All percentiles Mythic data by Warcraft Logs.
      Boss Only Damage All Percentiles
Arcane is on top in one Mythic category, and it's boss damage, but it's not quite as dominant as we've seen in the lower difficulties as Unholy is very close by. Affliction is the biggest difference from the overall damage rankings, sitting in 4th, while the rest of the top 10 is just reshuffled specs from the above charts.

All percentiles Mythic data by Warcraft Logs.
      Heroic
Heroic is still very much the realm of Arcane, and is looking to stay that way, as the spec is very much in front with no competition whatsoever. Unholy moves into 2nd and pushes Demo and Subtletly down, as Affliction remains stable in 4th. Fury keeps moving up little by little, just above the two top 3 Mythic specs. Marksmanship closes out the top 10, 3 spots down. The bottom 3 mostly remains the same, with our Mythic leader managing to dig its way out and is now only 3rd from last!
All percentiles Heroic data by Warcraft Logs.

Here'a a rundown of leveling improvements coming in Patch 10.1.5.
      Highlights
You no longer need to buy Riding skill. Instead, it will be taught automatically, just like spells.
At Level 30, you will get a quest for a free flying mount. Alliance players must go to Boralus to receive a gryphon while Horde players must visit Dazar'alor to get a pterrordax.

If you're at max level, you can simply visit Boralus or Dazar'alor and the quest for the mount will automatically pop up.
Exile's Reach and Battle for Azeroth now have campaign chapters indicated in the Quest Log, which is especially useful for new players.
The Dragon Isles intro quest awards you with Lost Dragonscale.
Battle for Azeroth, Shadowlands, and Dragonflight dungeon quests are now available inside their respective dungeons. The change is useful for leveling as you can pick up quests on alts right at the beginning of the dungeons for more XP!
Chromie Time has been updated with new dialogue options and Chromie now shows you cinematics for every timeline (expansion). The max level of Chromie Time has been changed to 61 (up from 60).
Allied Races now unlock at Level 40. All other requirements have been removed.
The questline for Mechagon now starts at Level 30. The Nazjatar intro quest has changed to Level 30 (down from 50).
For more details, we encourage you to watch MrGM's video linked below.

Kalimdor Cup is just the beginning. Based on datamined icons from the latest 10.1.5 PTR build, we're getting Dragonriding cups in other locations, including Outland, Pandaria, Draenor, the Shadowlands, and more.
The latest Patch 10.1.5 build adds new calendar icons that hint at the arrival of new holidays in the form of Dragonriding Races (or cups) available in old expansion zones:
      Broken Isles (Legion)

      Draenor (Warlords of Draenor)

      Eastern Kingdoms (Vanilla)

Great Sea Islands (Kul Tiras & Zandalar)

Northrend (Wrath of the Lich King)

      Pandaria (Mists of Pandaria)

      Shadowlands (Shadowlands)
