Blizzard went into upcoming changes to Mistweaver Monks for 10.2, as they address player feedback and present what their plans for the spec are. They dive into the new tier set, Expel Harm specifically, as well as passive defensives foe the spec.

      Hello Mistweavers!
We have a few updates planned for Guardians of the Dream and we’d like to share some of our thoughts here.
      Defensiveness and Healing Elixir Updates
Mistweaver is squishier than we would like, particularly for a primarily melee-based healer, and its defensive toolkit is based mainly around active spell use. We don’t feel it’s appropriate to ask Mistweavers to actively manage nearly every part of their defensive kit to play at the highest level, so we want to explore passivity for Healing Elixir.
We also agree there is room for improvement with the current updated passive design and players can expect updates in upcoming PTR builds that are intended to provide value while the low health effect is not needed.
This passive update also gives us room to make modifications without straining key binding space to a certain personal defensive element of Mistweaver’s toolkit that is currently out of use – namely Expel Harm.
      Expel Harm
Several changes to Expel Harm have been made to increase its viability for Mistweaver and fully integrate it into the kit. This isn’t an off-global option like Healing Elixir was, so it can instead be much more impactful while reducing the total APM required to play Mistweaver optimally in tense moments. This is a bit of a trade off, but we’re hoping the overall feel is like Healing Elixir but punchier. Additionally, the Soothing Mist functionality for Expel Harm will be removed to avoid having to tune around healing allies.
We also think this may help the class talent tree feel more satisfying to path through, as Expel Harm talents will be more of an enticing option. Hopefully these updates in totality will help Mistweaver defensively while making it more satisfying and approachable.
Guardians of the Dream Tier Set
We’re aware of several functionality issues including some healing spells not being counted towards its accumulation. All healing (aside from other accumulators such as Chi Harmony itself and Lesson of Anger) is intended to contribute to the final healing. We’re looking to address this in future PTR builds.
Thank you and we look forward to your continued feedback!

Blizzard has responded to feedback regarding trinkets coming in Dragonflight Season 3, announcing changes coming to both Nymue's Unraveling Spindle and Rashok's Molten Heart.
      Nymue's Unraveling Spindle
      (Source)
Bottom line feedback for me is that this trinket does not feel fun to play with in its current state and feels like a bad damage trinket with a lackluster Mastery buff
Thanks for the feedback and testing data. There are several changes in the next build:
Channel reduced to 3 sec with corresponding adjustments to damage and Mastery values Mastery buff duration increased to 18 sec Mastery increased by ~40% even after the duration and channel changes; the current value on the PTR is essentially a bug related to accounting for lost rotation time Damage per sec channeled has also been increased to a lesser extent Bonus damage to rooted targets increased to 50% Rashok's Molten Heart
      (Source)
There seems to be a lack of good healing trinkets this raid tier. We might still be rocking the Rashok’s trinket for a while.
Healing trinkets will be seeing tuning adjustments in coming weeks.
Rashok’s Molten Heart has provided more power than we would have liked and will require some changes beyond the mana restore reduction.

Items will have tooltips that indicate from which season they are in Patch 10.2.
For example the following Kinslayer's Vest now shows the item is from Dragonflight Season 2 with an Upgrade Level: Champion 3/8, as you can see below.

The Ember Court will be available every day instead of once per week in Patch 10.2.
A small change in the garrtalent database entry suggests the Ember Court from Shadowlands will be available daily as opposed to once per week in the forthcoming update.

Crimson Glimmerfur is a new mount coming to the Trading Post in Patch 10.2!
The fox mount mentions Great Father Winter, so we assume it will be available before December.
      Crimson Glimmerfur
"One of Great Father Winter's favorite creatures."
