Well, Mythic Tomb has been clear for a little over a week, so it's obviously time for the next raid to start testing! We're getting three Heroic bosses on Friday and then "if testing goes well" the zone will remain up over the weekend on Normal mode.

On Friday, July 28th we will be conducting our first raid test of Antorus, the Burning Throne. If testing goes well, the zone will remain open over the weekend for Normal mode testing.

Friday, July 28th

Garothi Worldbreaker - Heroic Antorus, the Burning Throne
13:00 PDT (16:00 EDT, 22:00 CEST)

Felhounds of Sargeras - Heroic Antorus, the Burning Throne
14:00 PDT (17:00 EDT, 23:00 CEST)

War Council - Heroic Antorus, the Burning Throne
15:00 PDT (18:00 EDT, 0:00 CEST)

Once Heroic testing has concluded, these three bosses will remain open on Normal mode over the weekend.

As always, this testing schedule is very fluid and subject to the realities of a PTR environment. We might have to change the time of a testing session, change the bosses being tested, or cancel a test entirely, due to bugs, server hardware issues, etc. Keep an eye on this forum for the latest information, and thank you in advance for testing and providing feedback.

Q: How do I get into the raid zone?

A: In Dalaran, Orgrimmar, or Stormwind, you may speak to Nexus-Lord Donjon Rade Sr. in order to teleport into the raid zone while it is open for testing. (The option to teleport into a zone will not be available when the zone is not open for testing.)

Q: What character should I use to test the raid?

A: Whichever you prefer. We will be scaling players' effective level to 110 for raid testing, and their item level to an appropriate threshold for the encounter(s) being tested.

Q: How long does testing last?

A: The primary purpose of testing is to give us the information we need to balance the encounters, evaluate how mechanics are playing out in practice, and identify bugs. Once we're satisfied that we've received that information for a given boss, we'll be shutting down testing. Usually this takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, but there are no guarantees.

Another impressive effort by a new competitior in the solo field.
Well well, it seems there's a new competitor on the "insane solo" scene, as MrNinjaBurger aka Lockoclock (who, shockingly, is a Warlock) has delivered a brand new, extremely impressive solo performance. The kill was pretty tight on the timer, with the insanity mechanic putting a pretty strict limit on the DPS required.

Huge congrats and good luck on your next endeavour Lockoclock!

After Black Temple and Ulduar, we found a reference in the game files that hints at Siege of Orgrimmar as the next Timewalking raid to be added to the game.
While nothing has been officially confirmed yet, the latest game files contain an instanced version of Siege of Orgrimmar, which leads us to believe that Blizzard plans to add the raid to the Mists of Pandaria Timewalking Event in Battle for Azeroth.

After that, all Timewalking events except Cataclysm (thanks to @Zennlar) will have a raid associated with them, leaving Blizzard room to add Warlords of Draenor Timewalking.

Ah yes, the World of Warcraft South Park episode. It spawned many memes and was a pretty big deal for WoW at the time, bringing it even further into the pop culture mainstream. It seems the episode still echoes in people's minds, as ianxplosion took it upon himself to reenact the boys' plan to level to (the then max) 60 killing only boars. Obviously this has only recently become possible with the old world level scaling changes in 7.3.5, and while he didn't only kill Elwynn Forest boars (even heading to Outland for a short while) he did stay true to the episode's ideals and dinged 60 a few days ago. 6 days played, a month and 19 thousand boars later, here's the clip of the final victory, and a longer section of the stream from the final day:

      Live to win indeed.
And finally, just in case you aren't familiar with the episode in question, or just haven't watched in a while, here's the inspiration for ianxplosion's quest, and one of the better South Park episodes in general, Make Love, Not Warcraft:
