frost mage set bonuses

so ive got some of the everburning set, and some of the tempest set, but my other gear is winning in ilvl, do i go with the higher lvld gear or the set bonus?

Easiest way to check this is by using RaidBots: https://www.raidbots.com/simbot/gear

It depends on the items that have higher item level, by how much, their stats, which parts of the set, how many of them, etc.

Run it through RaidBots (it's essentially in-browser SimCraft) and it'll give the most accurate answers.
