Have they evaluated the Zunimassa Gargantuan Build?

Me and a friend were curious if you folks here have evaluated the Zunimassa Gargantuan Build, have you never heard of it, or perhaps it wasn't fit to put on the list for some reason?

Zunimassa Gargantuan Witch Doctor build will be added to Icy Veins. It will most likely be added as a variation to the Helltooth Gargantuan Witch Doctor guide.
