I'm not sure if I want to see it fitting into exodia mage deck but it's a minion with solid stats for its mana cost even without its battlecry, additionally it may be another step to make elemental mage viable.

The card looks really great. The potential of the battlecry is huge and as a 4 attack minion it's nice against priests. I'm not a friend of the dull mages but I think I will make use of this in an elemental themed deck. :)
