normal TF wushoolay's vs flex toxic totem

I was wondering if it would be better to use a 528 wushoolays over 540 toxic totem for demo. If i do use wushoolays i'll be atleast 0.5% over hit cap assuming I completely gem and reforge out of hit.

didnt get around to gemming and enchanting my staff yet. was also wondering if it would be worth it to reach the 8.1k bp or just pump excess stats into crit.

KTT > Wush.  KTT's passive > Wush's passive and KTT's proc > Wush's proc.  No brainer here.

 

It's worth dipping your toes into that 8097 BP.
