am i missing something?

My guess would either be to allow Kindling to get you back to the now stronger Combustion faster, or due to the loss of free Pyroblast crits from T20 2pc.

Hallo.

The reason why you go crit is to lower the cooldown of combustion. Because fireball, pyroblast and fireblast critical strikes reduce the cooldown of combustion with 1 sec, when speced kindling.

Therefore when you do not have combustion up, the more you crit the faster it will come back off cooldown. Because that 100% crit is lovely but you also do more fire damage/damage when in combustion, so it's not only the 100% crit you can from combustion. Also you get mastery equal to 50% of your critical strike.

Hope that answer your question, do you have any further question on the subject or a third question please submit it to this thread or via PM.
