Cant open doors with the Blood Lance build?

Followed the guide for the Blood Lance Trag'Oul build, only to find that there is no practicable way to open doors in Rifts and Grifts (or is that just me and im missing something?). Seems the only way to do it is to use Land of the Dead.

Blood RushMolting creates a corpse which you can use with Corpse Lance to open the doors.
