From what I can see, the shoulders, gloves and boots come from the MoP Paladin set - Tier 14 normal.

Did you see those ingame? I'm fairly certain that those legs, at least, are modded. Inkling's Leggings look exactly like them but without any thigh on show. Solid black between the waist and the gold trim.

You're right - very strange. Maybe a Draenei only thing? I've never heard of a look being race-specific, only gender (outside of boots for some).

As a professional draenei female lewd mogger I can say that those specific leggings do not have a race-and-gender specific looks for draenei females. Here's a wowhead outfit with the leggings to show for it. Credit to  SkunkPower23 for making it. After digging around even more I reckon the top half is a re-textured  Warrior's Embrace. 

Note the colours are the same and so is the swirly pattern on the "bra." You can also see, beneath the tiger head pauldrons, the bicep armour just like Warrior's Embrace has.

WoW armour mods have a pretty decent-sized community and while a good chunk of it is to add revealing clothing to make every teenage boy's dreams come true there's also some rather nice stuff in general. It is, however, modifying game files which is a bannable offense and I advise against doing it.

Thanks for the input. I've never played alliance and I've never played endgame female characters. That mog was going to be enough to convince me to change all that lol.

Does this not only affect your game-side client, like TMorph did? I thought nobody else could see your changes, unless they were looking at your computer screen, since you are altering client-side game files, not server side.

Yeah it only affects your client and what you yourself see. It's still against TOS to modify the files, however.
