Raising 100 reputations to Exalted in Battle for Azeroth rewards the "Esteemed" title and the Reins of the Spectral PhoenixReins of the Spectral Phoenix mount.

Update: Blizzard has updated the mount rewarded from the 100 Exalted Reputations100 Exalted Reputations achievement in Battle for Azeroth Beta Build 26788. You can find more details here. Source of this mount remains unknown for now.

With the addition of new reputations in Battle for Azeroth, it's now possible to earn Exalted with 100 of them (100 Exalted Reputations100 Exalted Reputations). Doing so will earn you the "Esteemed" title and the Spectral Pheonix mount (guild vendor recolor).

If by friendship you mean "grind for brag points" then yes, definitely very great lengths for friendship.

It’s a shame they haven’t made the reputation earnings account wide. They could do it where the reputations are earned and respected per character, but have each unique exalted reputation across the account apply to the total for the account. Some of the rep grinds are long and makes me feel like I have to play a certain toon I don’t enjoy anymore because it has the most earned reputations. 

In these days where they encourage multiple characters, it’s surprising they haven’t adopted a policy like or similar to this.

It's just a HD model of guild mound with a few sparkles. It's really well done and looks amazing but a little lackluster for what you have to do to get it.

Yes, it actually says it's a guild vendor recolor above.

 

Here I was thinking it was just a purple Ashes of Al'ar.

      Here are this week’s updates to the Dark Heart PTR:
      USER INTERFACE AND ACCESSIBILITY
      Several changes have been made to improve the experience of finding Mythic+ groups in Premade Group Finder: Advanced filters will now only appear for max level characters. Filter options will now save between sessions. Language filters will no longer appear for characters on North American realms. Declined applications will now save between refreshes. When previewing an ensemble or arsenal, the Dressing Room will now show a list of items included in the bundle. Each item can be viewed independently by clicking its name in the list. Solo Shuffle scoreboards will now show the results of the match (Victory, Draw, or Defeat) in the title.

      More Classes for the Dracthyr Race in The War Within

      Game Director Ion Hazzikostas has confirmed that the Dracthyr race will have more class options in The War Within. However, this feature may not be ready in time for the expansion's launch.
      This update was highlighted in a tweet by MrGM, who shared insights from a London content creator interview about the Dracthyr.
      The plan is to introduce the ability for Dracthyr to play as other classes in War Within. Emphasis on playing in Visage form. Required animations for other classes are actively being worked on.
