Is the whole bounty system with War Mode live already or not? I feel like there's some trolling going on, or something is not working cause I have been picking people off in front of ORG all week and not a single body can I loot.

The 'Bounty Hunter' and 'Air Supply Drop' features are active in Darkshore, and will be active of course in all Battle for Azeroth zones.

War Mode in Stormwind / Orgrimmar

There seems to be an issue where if War Mode is enabled while in a capital city I can not attack enemy faction players that are in the city. For example I was in Orgrimmar with War Mode enabled, and an Alliance rogue was attacking guards, but I could not attack them because it said I was not flagged for PVP. So I had to disable War Mode and then toggle pvp on using the old button on the portrait. Is this intended or a bug? Has anyone else had an issue with this?

Stormwind and Orgrimmar are what we call a "mixed shard" of players who have War Mode enabled and those who don't. 

So if you are invading Stormwind, for example, you will encounter players who are not in War Mode, and currently you'll also find players in War Mode who are not flagged for PvP combat (since this is their territory).

We're going to do a change soon to make you permanently PvP flagged while in War Mode, which should alleviate situations like Hoofzies'.

Zero Alliance in Darkshore

We have War Mode on, but the entire zone is empty of Alliance. Kinda lame. What's the deal?

It is likely because there is a significantly greater number of Horde active in War Mode at the moment. Essentially your shard is the "leftover Horde" shard.

The system maintains a number of shards which attempt to maintain a degree of faction balance within them. When we have an excess of one faction, those are put into their own shard until more of the other faction arises. 

Not ideal, and we're doing what we can to reduce the frequency of that occurrence.

Is it just me or are there any other ppl around who want's to get rid of this whole DirextX 12 whiner? Really guys, my opinion: If you don't like it, use DirectX 11, as far as i heard you can chose! - Otherwise upgrade hardware. But please, stop this bitching against develeoper and get over it!

This is really not idea, but far better than just floating Zones with Horde. Otherwise there will be no real World-PvP because Alliance would just not paticipate at all 😄 .

That's a nice way of saying DX12 runs like crap on GeForce xD. I have a 960, and I get about 5-10fps less compared to DX11.

I haven't noticed any real drops with dx12 - still get 144 fps (to match the refresh rate on my g-sync monitor).

The one issue I am having (which others are too, apparently) is that every time they patch the game since 8.0, the custom graphics settings are reset! This covers the dx setting, all the 'sliders' (returns to 7, when I set to 10) and the max fps (returns to 100 as default).

Very annoying.

DX12 is actually much better supported with G-Sync. Otherwise, you will experience a 5-10 FPS loss until NVIDIA driver get better.

      As you probably know, many AoE abilities will be capped to only attack up to a certain number of enemies in Shadowlands, and so Max, the GM of Limit, created a spreadsheet, where he keeps track of all the capped and uncapped abilities.
      We included some of the more important changes in this post, but for more details, we encourage you to check out the spreadsheet.

      Havoc Demon Hunter
      Eye Beam will have square root scaling (not confirmed). Fel Barrage is capped to 5 targets. Frost Death Knight
      Breath of Sindragosa square root scaling. Frostscythe is capped to 5 targets. Unholy Death Knight
      Bursting Sores is capped to 8 targets. Death and Decay's Scourge Strike (AoE Cleave) is capped to 5 targets. Epidemic,  Unholy Blight remain uncapped. Feral Druid
      Swipe and Brutal Slash are capped to 5 targets. Primal Wrath and Thrash are uncapped. Survival Hunter

      Rogues received the rest of their Legendary powers on the Beta this week. Missing from the previous week were Subtlety and Outlaw powers.
      Note that some of the tooltips are broken, but they should still give you a good idea of what to expect when it comes to Rogue Legendary powers.
      All Specializations
      Tiny Toxic Blades - Shiv causes your Poisons and Bleeds on the target to spread to a nearby enemy. Mark of the Master Assassin - While Stealth is active and for 5 sec after breaking Stealth, your Critical Strike chance is increased by 100%. Invigorating Shadowdust - Vanish reduces the remaining cooldown of your other abilities by 0 sec. Essence of Bloodfang - Your Combo Point generators have a chance to infect the target with Bloodfang, causing [ 37.8% of Attack Power ] Bleed damage over 6 sec, and healing the Rogue for [ 6.3% of Attack Power ] each time it deals damage. Assassination
      Doomblade - Mutilate deals an additional 20% Bleed damage over 3 seconds. Envenom damage increased by 5% for each Bleed you have on the target. Dustwalker's Patch - The remaining cooldown on Vendetta is reduced by 1 sec for every 65 Energy you expend.       Blizzard will be retiring potions that increase your Experience gains in Shadowlands except for the BfA potion, so it's important to get rid of them or use them before the new expansion hits.
      Elixir of Ancient Knowledge, Elixir of the Rapid Mind, and Excess Potion of Accelerated Learning will become gray items and unusable in Shadowlands, so it is best to use or sell them on the Auction House before Shadowlands.
      The only exception to the rule is Draught of Ten Lands added in Battle for Azeroth that will retain its 10% increase in Experience gains up until level 50.

      Reddit user leothar noticed on the Beta that you transmogrify wands into other one-hand weapon types as of the latest Beta Build 35432.
      In Shadowlands, players will be able to transmogrify each shoulder separately. Another exciting change discovered on the Beta is that you can transmogrify wands into other one-handed weapons,
      So as a Mage, you will be able to transmog wands into one-handed swords and daggers.
      As a Priest, you can transmog wants into one-handed maces, and daggers (as seen in the image below).
