Wait so now we have void elfs and...dark night elfs who've succumbed to the void?    And some shadow elves who will also be one of the two above who've already dabbled in the void for years? o_O

Edit - also not even touching whatever "fallen" title you want to give Sylvannas and other undead elves.

Officially void elfs are blood elves who decided to experiment with energy drawn from the void rather than using fell energy. While they are officially fallen nightelves, i think some form of evolution has set them apart many ye

From what i understood, these "night warriors" are part of Elune's war aspect (mentioned somewhere in the lore?). So i think Tyrande called upon the powers of Elune's war aspect, which in turn imbues her with the "night power" -> making her the night warrior. Think the customization option for the night elves would serve as warriors under Elune's war blessing.

The female look awesome. The males look god awful. They look like Old men trying to read a menu, while being offended by liberal hijinks.

Eyebrows... please

The Male NElves model has always been awful, specially in their animations. It's like watching a purple version of Goofy.

As usual it didn't take long for the Wowsecrets discord to come up with a solution to one of the game's mysteries. And while this particular one wasn't that complex, it's still impressive how fast they got it done. Fabious , the underwater mount from Nazjatar appears to be a very vain seahorse and requires a lot of attention. Luckily, Zenkass/Kassidi of Proudmoore US figured out that what he really wants is his picture taken with the player and he'll join them in their quest!
To obtain this mount, you simply go to Bloodfin Village in Nazjatar (around 25,29), hope he's there and use your S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera MkII on him. If you do find him you should be quick about it, as once he spawns he runs around for 2 minutes and then is gone again. Luckily though, anyone that's there while he's moving around can get the mount in this manner, so it's not limited to 1 player per spawn.
Thanks to Vyndoriesh over on r/WoW for the explanation!

"He emerges from the water, fins swaying lazily in the breeze, sun-kissed scales glittering. He is... Fabious."

We have three short blue posts today covering a recently fixed bug from the PTR regarding a quest reward item level getting reduced, a second clarifying how the ranks for the new essence system work and a third on the mobile app getting updated as we speak.

First off, it seems an early Nazjatar quest reward weapon has had it's item level drastically reduced from the PTR version (415 to 370), as the old version was bugged and had an unintentionally high one:

      Hello.
I can confirm that there was a bug in the PTR that was causing this reward to generate at an unintentionally high item level, and the bug was finally fixed just before the content update went live.
So you’re seeing the intended power of the reward, and it should be consistent with other rewards that come from similar activities.
Secondly, there's a tweet clarifying the requirements for higher rank essences:
And finally, the mobile app isn't functioning for some players as it's currently being updated and should pop up at slightly different times for different users:

There is an update to the app that came today with Rise of Azshara/8.2. It may take a while for the update to propagate out but we have confirmed that people are receiving it. Keep an eye out for updates on your device and you will be able to use the app again soon.
      Thanks all!

You can never really have enough alts it seems and leveling them can be annoying for a lot of players. Redditor skybeuter pointed out a cheaper way to boost your alts to level 110, considering the regular char boost service costs around 53 Euro.
What you do is set up a secondary Battle.net account under your main one and set it up as a trial account. You then then take advantage of the current 44% sale on the regular edition of Battle for Azeroth, which includes a character level boost and costs 25E.

Since the two accounts are linked the level boost can be applied to your main account as well, saving you 28 Euro in the process! The sale ends on July 8th.

Here comes the big entry point into the new patch as Azshara welcomes both the Alliance and Horde into her domain in an appropriately flashy manner.
Only the Alliance version is available at the moment, but the differences should be minimal based on what's we've seen and we'll update the post once the Horde one is posted.
