10 Minutes for every 10 Levels Sketch Series

Redditor halljust aka Justin Hall has started leveling a new Forsaken Mage and on his journey he decided to have a drawn document of his character's progress. For every 10 levels he achieves with the Mage, he'll spend as many minutes drawing a sketch of the character at that point! He's currently at level 30 and the progress is pretty great. To check out the actual reddit threads for each piece, just click on the related image.

Obviously the man has talent and the progression of complexity of the sketches is a great thing to see as well, and I'm personally really looking forward to each new entry in the series.

Perhaps once I do 120 Minutes at Level 120 I'll start over again with a new character and do 10 hours for every 10 levels. What a challenge that would be. Or maybe an hour for every 10.

The idea itself is an amazing and original one, and would really be great for everyone to do if only we all had some sketching talent (although it would also be amazingly hilarious if even those of us that really, REALLY don't gave it a try as well). It would really break up the (sometime) monotony of leveling, especially on later levels and showcase the various gear your character had throughout the leveling process.

He doesn't plan to use any transmog as he levels, so things will get mighty interesting as he hits Outland and it'll be fascinating to see just how the the sketches improve as they grow more and more complex. In any case I can't wait to see what the next ones end up looking like and we'll be checking back with Justin every once in a while as well.

Great original idea!  I don't think I could do it because anyone can do stick figures.  Also glad its in black and white because BC might blind some viewers with all the purple.
