We have some hotfixes that address a bug in the Restless cabal fight today, as well as some live raid tuning for Battle of Dazar'alor, nerfing 2 encounters and making Jaina mercy kill you if everyone gets frozen.

We’re working on the following adjustments to raid encounters. These changes are not live yet, but will go live later this evening or tomorrow.
Dungeons and Raids
Crucible of Storms The Restless Cabal Fixed a bug that caused Relics of Power to threaten some non-boss enemies.
Battle of Dazar’alor Grong, the Jungle Lord Death Empowerment (Alliance) and Apetagonize (Horde) cast time increased to 5 seconds on Mythic difficulty (was 4 seconds). Death Specters (Alliance) and Apetagonizers (Horde) health reduced by 20% on Mythic difficulty. High Tinker Mekkatorque Gigavolt Charge’s radiation zone duration reduced to 2 minutes on Mythic difficulty (was 3 minutes). Tampering duration increased to 30 seconds on Mythic difficulty (was 25 seconds). Lady Jaina Proudmoore Jaina now kills all players instantly if the entire raid is frozen solid during an intermission phase. Developers’ note: Previously, if an entire raid was frozen solid, all players would have to wait until they each died before they could restart the encounter. This change will help raids quickly reset and start the fight again.
It seems we're getting one or more of these every day now, with players simply convinced that something is off with the Classic beta. Today's edition features Elite mob damage being too low and that Classic is a lot easier than Vanilla was. Here's Blizzard's reply:

We tested this issue in our reference environment today.
First, we looked at a video from the WoW Classic Beta, where the player was tanking Rhahk’zor in Deadmines at level 20:
If you look at his portrait while he’s getting hit, you can see him receiving 65-83 damage from Rhahk’zor. The average hit is ~75.
We then recreated it in the WoW Classic Beta-- a level 20 human warrior with similar gear, with Defensive Stance, and with Mark of the Wild. Here’s what that looked like:
We then did the same thing in our 1.12 reference environment. There, the test looked like this:
Conclusion: the average damage taken is identical.
Blizzard's adding two new world bosses to Nazjatar in Rise of Azshara and in this post, we're taking a closer look at their dungeon journal entries and loot tables.
Although old world bosses are no longer relevant with the exception of Warfront Bosses, two new world bosses are coming in Patch 8.2, read on for details!

Ulmath, the Soulbinder
Ulmath, binder of souls, seeks to enthrall the restless spirits of Nazjatar. If left unchecked, it will amass an unstoppable undead force bound to its malevoment will.
Ulmath is a powerful Merciless One with ultimate control of two minions, Moon Priestess Liara and Guardian Tannin.
Forlorn Fate causes Ulmath and his minions to share damage taken. Avoid Void Dance and flee from Mental Collapse. Healers
Void Dance and Mental Collapse can cause significant, avoidable raid damage. Avoid Void Dance and flee from Mental Collapse. Tanks
Reposition targets to mitigate incidental damage from Void Dance. Keep Ulmath's minions within 75 yards of Ulmath to avoid Soul Tether. Avoid Void Dance and flee from Mental Collapse. Abilities
Forlorn Fate - Ulmath's minions share health with their master. Endless Doom - Incites a chain reaction of void energy at targeted locations. Upon impact these locations inflict 26,261 Shadow damage within 5 yards and additionally trigger Endless Destruction. Endless Destruction - Void energy erupts, inflicting 52,523 Shadow damage and knocking back enemies within 10 yards. Mental Collapse (Deadly) - Commands Moon Priestess Liara to inflict 175,076 Shadow damage to targets within 30 yards. While casting, all players are drawn towards Moon Priestess Liara. Void Dance - Commands Guardian Tannin to enter a Void Dance, inflicting 26,261 Shadow damage to targets within 8 yards for 9 sec. This effect also creates 6 additional Void Dance areas nearby for 18 sec. Soul Tether - When Moon Priestess Liara or Guardian Tannin move more than 75 yards from Ulmath, Ulmath tethers them to him, inflicting 17,507 Shadow damage to all targets within 100 yards of the tethered target while the tether remains. Defeat Spawn of Wekamara to force Wekamara to emerge. Bioelectric Blast inflicts massive damage to all targets caught in the impact. Move away from allies when affected by Shock Burst. Healers
Electric Discharge and Shock Burst inflict substantial damage to all allies. Bioelectric Blast inflicts massive damage to all targets caught in the impact. Move away from allies when affected by Shock Burst. Tanks
Prevent Spawn of Wekemara from attacking allies. Bioelectric Blast inflicts massive damage to all targets caught in the impact. Move away from allies when affected by Shock Burst. Abilities
Bioelectric Blast (Deadly) - Blasts the target area with electricity. Inflicts 65,654 Nature damage to enemies within 8 yards of the impact and creates a patch of Electrified Ground. Electrified Ground inflicts 14,882 Nature damage every 2 sec to players within it. Shock Burst (Important) - Inflicts 4,377 Nature damage every 2 sec for 12 sec. Upon expiration, strikes all players, inflicting up to 26,261 Nature damage. This damage is reduced the further away players are from the blast. Electric Discharge (Healer Alert) - Wekemara discharges electricity from itself. Inflicts 13,131 Nature damage that chains to additional targets every 1.5 sec. Submerge - Upon reaching 50% health, Wekamara will submerge and summon Spawns of Wekamara. Electrified Splash - While submerged, Wekemara rains electrified water from its pool. Inflicts 21,885 Nature damage to enemies within 3 yards of the impact area. Spawn of Wekemara (Damage Dealer / Tank Alert) Charged Bite - Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy Conductive Spittle - Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy and increases Nature damage taken by 50% for 16 sec. Recently there have been reports that absorbs no longer prevented the dazed effect while mounted on the PTR and some assumed it was due to mount equipment coming in the patch and that Blizzard did it on purpose to push that system. Today we found out that was not the case and it's just a bug.

This change was not intended. We’re investigating the issue and plan to fix it in the Rise of Azshara PTR as soon as possible. So, will this teach people to rather ask whether something is intended on PTR than immediately assume the worst possible motivation and decisions from Blizz? Probably not.
We have a stress test scheduled for tomorrow on WoW Classic Beta and this post highlights some addons which have been found working with the Classic version of the game right now.

Even though the stress test is limited to level 5, you may want to install at least some addons to help you during that time. The addons we're using currently on Beta include:
Map Coords Classic - Adds coordinates to the minimap and the world map, vital for navigating quest objectives. Dominos Classic - A main actionbar replacement. Alternatively, you can use TukUI, which has been ported to Classic. Vendor Price - Displays the vendor price of items. Questie v4 Alpha - A standalone Classic QuestHelper. While the addon is still early in development and some features may not work as intended, the latest version comes with objectives tracking, for some quests at least! Download the addon you want to install. Navigate to your WoW installation folder, extract the addon and move it to the Interface/Addons folder. Start the game and on the bottom left, make sure that your addons are enabled.
You no longer need to rename the Questie folder.
Questie is a little different. You must first visit GitHub, and click on the green "Clone or download" button. Extract the folder, rename "QuestieDev-QuestieClassic" to just "Questie" and move it to Interface/Addons.
