You mean Follower special items (Relic for Templar, Token for Scoundrel and Focus for Enchantress). Can be a little confusing because usually people think of Neck slot when talking about amulet. There are 3 types of each special item, making it 3*3=9 total legendary items. 1. The most useful is Immortality (Your Follower can't die) because the pairing with Unity and the increased uptime on support items like oculus ring. 2. The second type reduces the cooldown of Follower skills by 50%. (s/he uses them more often - more cc/heal) 3. The Last type enables the use of all skills for the Follower. All eight. Problem is, your Follower, even with perfect toughness rolls, gets oneshotted on any meaningful difficulty. This makes any Relic other than Immortality ones useless.
