perfectkale 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2019 (edited) ok so...if you reapply DOTS at when they have 25% or lower time, you get the same effect as if you applied them after the DOT effect had expired, correct? i am wondering if this also applies to debuffs, specifically the debuff chaos bolt puts on enemies that makes them take more damage from your spells as a destruction warlock? thank you Edited June 24, 2019 by perfectkale Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
