I could go through your logs in-depth but taking just a glance at your Radiance kill, it almost looks like you are trying to play bad. I am not trying to belittle you or be overly negative, but when you are not casting a single Lunar Strike until 2min into the fight, then it's clear you don't fully understand how the spec works. Take some time and go through the guide. Try to learn the basics of Empowerments, your spell priorities, and your opener. Use WeakAuras or TellMeWhen to track your Empowerments and DoTs. Test things out on target dummy until you feel comfortable. The good news is, you aren't actually holding your raid back.
