What about one more German server since both are "full"

Didn't they say they will use sharding initially? Probably this will fix initial influx of people, they will turn it off once it settles down.

and how many people have claimed their characters on multiple servers? I know I have 6 toons, each on a different server. I would have claimed the German servers aswell, but couldn't be bothered to buy another token.

What is the maximum amount of player for "Low" "Medium" and "Full"?

Low 2500 ?

Medium 5000 ?

Full 10000 ?

there was an ongoing  about 10000 person que on mirage raceway(low) about 15 min after name reservation started so i'm guessing you need multiply those numbers heavily :)

but i'm not sure everyone will play and even more stay there to at least to experience classic content.

The main problem with that is: Blizzard already said, that servers with the population "Full" will probably have long queues at the start. And seeing as they said sharding will be a thing for the start a long time ago, I don't think it will do the trick to not sit around half an hour or longer, just so you can log in with your level 1 reserved character.

I mean it will be quite the vanilla feeling, but... eh?

They dont want dead realms after the 1st month so thats why they dont launch more then neccesary and rather have queues at the start then empty realms later.

No, they didn't. On the contrary, they said no sharding for classic ever. The mechanism they are going to use is layering which is supposed to drop overpopulation of locations and zones within a particular server, but it's not going to alleviate or solve server overpopulation problem whatsoever.

Blizzard have recently been sending out some more surveys for WoW Classic, this time related to changes that might be implemented for the "Classic Era" servers aka those that will not be progressing on to the Burning Crusade when it is released.

The questions imply the possibility of something of a Classic+, with new features being added and the game possibly evolving past Vanilla into its own ecosystem, and lasting a long time to come.
As spotted by Warcraft Tavern, there are several pages of questions asking about Classic Era servers, specifically:
Advanced layering, where lower population realms would be combined into server groups and players would actually be able to interact between those servers. Possible new quality of life only additions to Vanilla Classic. Possible new content for Vanilla Classic, including "significant changes or new features" that might "dramatically change aspects of the game experience".

      Source.
Check out the full post over at Warcraft Tavern with a few more questions related to switching over to BC at all and which server players would most like to play on related to new changes added.

The Burning Crusade Classic Internal Alpha has begun.
The wowdev2 branch has been recently updated with a new patch! The very first patch of the Burning Crusade Classic is 2.5.0 Build 37796. While we currently have no information when the game becomes available for testing for content creators, make sure to opt in to the Beta today!

Achievements have come to Classic! Well, sort of, and not all of them. RinesThaix has put together about 140 achievements to collect, but the mod is constantly being updated so there should be more soon.
The Classic Achievements addon lets you not only gather those points up but also share and compare them, as you can link them in chat!

English and other languages are also supported.
If you want to check out how it looks in action, here's MrGM taking it for a spin:

Blizzard have stated that the BC Classic beta is coming soon, but didn't specify when exactly. Today the Battle.net launcher's app catalog was updated with the TBC Internal Alpha, visible only to Blizzard but datamineable nonetheless!
Right at the bottom there, the Internal Alpha most likely won't last too long and many have speculated that the beta won't be too long either, as there aren't as many issues to be dealt with as there were for Vanilla Classic. The release date is up in the air but hopefully Blizzard won't put it too close to patch 9.1, as many players will want to play both.
In any case all we can do now is make sure we've opted-in to the beta (here) and wait!

The level 58 boost option that is offered with the arrival of  Burning Crusade Classic has caused quite a bit of controversy and Blizzard have now tried to clarify the details on it a little, clarifying that the boosts will only be available on the new BC realms, while the Classic Era realms (where characters will stay if they don't transfer to the new BC  realms) will not have the boost available.
      Boost (source)
      Hello.
I think it might be helpful to note that what we’re now calling WoW Classic Era realms start at Level 1, and we feel the same as we did two years ago: no Boost would ever be needed (or appropriate) there. When we originally laid out our principles for WoW Classic, the 1-60 experience was the only thing to which we could refer.
Burning Crusade Classic begins at level 58, and we’re configuring this new Boost service to avoid minimizing the accomplishments of existing players or skipping any new content at launch. It’s for players who want a way to quickly join their friends in Outland.
