Heya,

Legendary Artifacts will automatically be paired with the effect of a Secondary Artifact when they drop (with a few exceptions of unique Artifacts).

So, I'd just like to point out the face-puncher does not score critical hits.

The anointments are not correct on this build, 200% melee after phaseslam does not stack. Better melee build is same skill trees, but get the 200% melee after phaseslam on your brawler ward, then get 300% weapon damage on redundant face puncher which does stack... Psycho stabber is still viable for the melee part, but also better to get a different anointment on...

Why not an “it’s *filtered*” grenade for the %20 extra damage for 6 seconds?  Just long enough to phaseslam then melee

I'm very surprised the relic that makes a % of you melee damage be healed back to you. That in addition to the facepuncher make you literally unkillable unless you are 1 shot.

Against bosses specifically (and the occasional tough badass/anointed)  this is a good alternative choice to really maximise that damage. However, for normal mobbing the damage bonus is rarely usable due to how many enemies you are hitting.
