missing Death Sweep, First Blood and Annihilation

Havoc guide calls for: Cast Death Sweep, First Blood and Annihilation

I can't find these inSpecialation, Talents or spells.

What am I missing or where can I find these?

First Blood is a Level 106 talent.

When ever you are under the effect of Metamorphosis, some abilities get temporarily renamed. Blade Dance becomes Death Sweep, Chaos Strike becomes Annihilation. They are functionally the same abilities.
