I dont mind if it is a low tier build and lags behind by 20 GR on best builds. I want to go for fire with double disintegrade beams and cindercoat if i can. It's not easy tho: what you need is a LoD chanelling wizard build. It is not nearly as overpowered as a chantodo, or star pact (bazooka), but it's durable enough and has nice damage. And on the top of it all, it is easy: herd with teleport, then stand still chanelling and watch the show. Here it is: https://www.d3planner.com/141715247 The stats are recommendations. The highest priority is to obtain 34% attack speed to match the offhands cooldown.
