Item level minimum for Heroic Eternal Palace

Is there a standard minimum item level required for heroic Eternal palace?

No, there isn't. It depends on your group, how well everyone else is equipped, how well everyone plays, how well you work together, etc.

My personal rule of thumb for the average itemlevel of the entire group has always been the Itemlevel that drops minus 20. Basically, if you have some normal mode pieces (or the iLvl equivalent from the previous tier), it should get you through heroic.

But that's just a theoretical requirement, not a quarantee that you will get through easily. I have seen people with heroic level gear struggle in normal mode...
