Which secondary stats after 8.3?

Hi folks, recently began playing my old dk I retired at the end of wrath and oh boy have things changed since then... What would be the preferred secondary stats for a frost dk nowadays? Mastery >crit >haste>versatility? I used to use 2 x 1h swords for pure dps stuff is this still the case? Thanks for reading this
