drumsmani 47 Report post Posted March 8, 2014 WatcherDev tweeted out saying CH has been a shaman staple since 2006 for it to go away. Sounds like it will still jump to injured targets ( as opposed to any random target), so it may not be totally dumb and would be somewhere in the middle as suggested by Stoove.
