Echoes of Ny'alotha Temporarily Removed As a Reward from Emissary Quests

Recommended Posts

Due to a bug that is preventing players from turning in the Unshackled Emissary, Blizzard has temporarily disabled Echoes of Ny'alotha as a reward from Emissary quests.

Blizzard implemented the Echoes of Ny'alotha system, starting with this week's maintenance, allowing players to purchase Rank 3 Essences on their alts. Many players had forgotten that they needed to log in to the game on their mains first to start receiving the currency on their alts, which resulted in no Echoes of Ny'alotha from the weekly chest on their alts. On top of that, Blizzard CS said they wouldn't provide further assistance and retrieve the lost Echoes of Ny'alotha according to the support article.

I logged in with my main account and did not get any Echoes of Ny'alotha in my weekly chest. Opened a bug but there will most probably not happen anything.

They won't drop on your main unless you have at least one Rank 3 Essence on an alt.

It looks like it is somewhat fixed now, just got them for doing the Proudmoore emissary, and shown as a reward, but not for turtles.

Here is a recap of the latest Warlock class changes from the Shadowlands Beta.
The latest Beta update comes with 2 major Covenant Ability changes.
Soul Rot health cost replaced with a minor Mana cost. The primary target of your Soul Rot takes increased damage compared to the secondary targets.
Decimating Bolt only increases the damage of the next Drain Soul for Affliction Warlocks when talented (down from 3). Destruction Warlocks with Fire and Brimstone have the bonus damage value reduced, and for Demonology Warlocks, the buff has been updated to affect Demonbolt, and the Shadow Bolt portion will be removed in a future build.
Decimating Bolt (Necrolord Covenant Ability) - Hurls bolts of decimating magic at your target, dealing (200% of Spell Power) Shadow damage and increasing the damage of your next Affliction: 3 Shadow Bolts/3 Drain Souls (if talented) Demonology: 3 Shadow Bolts/Demon Bolts Destruction: 3 Incinerates (This value is reduced while using Fire and Brimstone). by 200%. Decimating Bolt's damage, and the bonus to Shadow Bolt, Drain Soul, Demon Bolt, or Incinerate both increase as your target's health decreases. Soul Rot (Night Fae Covenant Ability) - Wither away all life force of your current target and up to 3 additional targets nearby, causing them your primary target to suffer (100% 200% of Spell Power) Nature damage and secondary targets to suffer (100% of Spell Power) Nature damage over 8 seconds. Drain Life will also be cast on any enemy affected by your Soul Rot. For the next 8 seconds, casting Drain Life will cause you to also Drain Life from any enemy affected by your Soul Rot, and Drain Life will not consume any mana. Consumes 20% of maximum Health when cast. Costs 0.5% of Base Mana Fel Domination - Your next Imp, Voidwalker, Succubus, Felhunter, or Felguard Summon spell is free and has its casting time reduced by 5.5 sec.

Here comes a really great tool for you stats lovers out there, as Raider.IO has just released a Battle for Azeroth Review feature on their site, allowing everyone to check out what they've been doing over the course of the expansion. There's tons of useful stats to take a look at for raids and Mythic+, and then share with your friends if you want. As Shadowlands looms large, it's a great way to end your BfA experience, by taking a look at everything you've done over the past 2+ years, and even who you did it with, across all seasons! You can check out an example here directly, as Raider.IO contributor Dratnos shared his stats, or create your own here.

Here are the stats you'll be able to check out once you create/log in to your Raider.IO account and link your Blizzard account:
Total boss kills for each raid and each difficulty, as well as overall totals. Time spent progressing on the highest difficulty for each raid you've fully cleared, as well as your fastest and slowest progression. Number of Mythic+ runs by season and by keystone bracket (2-9, 10-14, 15-20, 20+), total runs, and time spent in completed runs overall (you may want to close your eyes for that last one). Mythic+ spec distribution for your main and alts, as well as how many runs each of them did (not counting unfinished/cancelled ones). Mythic+ account scores by season, most runs with specific affix combinations and their in-time rates. Most played dungeons, in-time % and number of runs for each, closest calls and fastest completions. A really fun one at the end - M+ players you've most played with per season, run amounts with each and the total number of players you've played with.
It's a really cool trip down memory lane with some interesting stats, and you should definitely check it out and ask your friends to share theirs as well!
You can also check out this video by Dratnos going over all the functions of the tool (with some beta stats):

The latest round of Rogue class changes revolves around the overhaul of their Venthyr Covenant Ability.
Rogues now have a new Venthyr Covenant Ability called Flagellation in place of Slaughter.
Flagellation - Lash the target with Anima 3 times, each dealing [ 68% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage, condemning them for 60 sec. Each combo point you spend causes an additional lash. Once the target has been lashed 20 times, reactivating Flagellation will increase your Mastery by 15% for 60 sec. Slaughter - Slaughter the target, dealing [ 95.47% of Attack Power ] Physical damage. The target's anima mixes with your lethal poison, replacing it with a more powerful lethal poison for the next 5 minutes. Slaughter Poison deals Shadow damage over 12 sec. and steals 15% of healing done to the target. Awards 2 combo points.

A round-up of the latest Priest changes from the Shadowlands Beta. Some have not made it live yet.
The following Priest changes were announced but have not been released on the Beta yet. We assume they will be implemented in an upcoming Shadfowlands Beta build.
Subsequent Devouring Plagues will cause its damage over time effect to add into the existing DoT, and the functionality is similar to Mage's Ignite mechanic. Legacy of the Void (Level 100 Talent) will be replaced with Hungering Void. The new talent should be ideal in situations where the Priests attacks a single target. Void Torrent (Level 90 Talent) will be changed to apply Devouring Plague when cast, instead of refreshing the existing Devouring Plague duration on the target. The following changes went live on the Shadowlands Beta in Build 35978.
Clarity of Mind (Legendary Power) Normal: During Rapture, Power Word: Shield costs 20% less Mana and applies 6-second longer Atonements. Spirit Shell: During Spirit Shell, Power Word: Radiance costs 20% less mana, and applies 4 second longer Atonements. Spirit Shell (Level 100 Talent) - For 10 sec, Penance, Power Word: Radiance, and Atonement create absorb shields for 100% of their value, instead of healing. Shadow
Death and Madness (Level 15 Talent) - If a target dies within 6 7 sec after being struck by your Shadow Word: Death, you gain 4 insanity 40 Insanity over 4 sec and the cooldown of your Shadow Word: Death is reset. Surrender to Madness (Level 100 Talent) - You instantly cast Void Eruption on the target, dealing Deals [ 190% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage to the target and activating activates Voidform.
