Noob player stuck - need help with season and Wizard Vyr Build

Dears, 

Please help me with my build, I'm stuck at GR68 (I managed to pass 72 once). 
I tried to follow Wizard Vyr Archon Build from icy-veins but it seems that I'm stuck at Torment XIII and can't progress. 
Can you please advise what can I change to get to GR75 ? 
Also I would like to ask for advise regarding speed as I wanted to tackle conquests (boss mode and curses!, need speed here...)
Active and passive skills set up as guided.

Most of what you're experiencing is play-style mismatch. But to address your question ...You're not high enough in the GRs yet to use any alternate gems. You should only have Intellect (Topaz) gems at this time. Except in your helm and Chantodo's set.

If you have UNITY for your second ring, and your follower is also wearing it, you spread any damage you take to the follower (I suggest Iraina (the Enchantress) since she can use any Intellect weapons, rings, or amulets you cannot)

Finding better gear drops will also help. I had the same problem finding better gear. Items would drop for other sets frequently, but not for the Vyr set I was wearing. So I changed to the Typhon set hoping better items would drop for Vyr's. and now I'm running GR90's and T16's without a problem. I probably won't go back to Vyr this season. But this could be more because of my personal play-style than anything with the sets.
