Havoc DH high ilvl, low dps

Hey everyone, I just started playing again a few weeks ago and got my DH ilvl up to 468, however I’m only doing 50k dps where others with an ilvl within a point or two are doing 20k more. Any suggestions? Thanks! Yekl Sargeras
