All Legendary Powers Added So Far on Shadowlands Alpha

We're looking at all Legendary Powers that have been added on Shadowlands Alpha so far. 

In Shadowlands, players will be able to create Legendary Armor and imbue it with class-specific Legendary Powers. Note that not all powers are currently available and some tooltips may be inaccurate.

Death Knight

All Specializations

  • Superstrain Superstrain - Your Frost Fever, Blood Plague, and Virulent Plague also apply the other two diseases.
  • Phearomones Phearomones - You and your minions gain 10% Haste while you are inside your Death and Decay and enemies damaged by your Death and Decay have a chance to cower in place for 3 sec.
  • Death's Embrace Death's Embrace - Increases the duration of Anti-Magic Shell by 100% and any damage it absorbs heals you.
  • Grip of the Everlasting Grip of the Everlasting - For 3 sec after casting Death Grip, you may cast the spell a second time without regard for its cooldown.

Blood

  • Bryndaor's Might Bryndaor's Might - Death Strike refunds 15% of Runic Power spent if it heals you for more than 10% of your maximum health.
  • Crimson Rune Weapon Crimson Rune Weapon - When a charge of Bone Shield is consumed, the cooldown of Dancing Rune Weapon is reduced by 30 sec. Additionally, when Dancing Rune Weapon fades, your Rune regeneration rate is increased by 40% for 10 sec.
  • Gorefiend's Domination Gorefiend's Domination - Heart Strike reduces the remaining cooldown on Vampiric Blood by 2 seconds.
  • Vampiric Aura Vampiric Aura - Your Vampiric Blood ability also affects all party members for 50% of the effect it has on you.

Frost

  • Koltira's Favor Koltira's Favor - Obliterate deals 10% increased damage and has a 15% chance to refund 2 runes.
  • Biting Cold Biting Cold - Remorseless Winter damage is increased byy 15%. The first time Remorseless Winter deals damage to 3 different enemies, you gain Rime.
  • Absolute Zero Absolute Zero - Frostwyrm's Fury has 50% reduced cooldown and Freezes all enemies hit for 3 sec.

Unholy

  • Reanimated Shambler Reanimated Shambler - Your attacks have a chance to summon a Super Zombie that shambles forward and explodes, dealing [ 124% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage and applying a Festering Wound to 8 nearby enemies.
  • Frenzied Monstrosity Frenzied Monstrosity - Dark Transformation also increases the attack speed and damage of you and your Monstrosity by 20%.
  • Death's Certainty Death's Certainty - Death Strike and Death Coil deal 10% increased damage and reduce the remaining cooldown of Death and Decay by 2.0 sec.
  • Deadliest Coil Deadliest Coil - Reduces the Runic Power cost of Death Coil by 10 and Death Coil increases the duration of Dark Transformation by 2 sec.

Mage

All Specializations

  • Expanded PotentialExpanded Potential - Your Fireball, Frostbolt and Arcane Blast have a chance to give you Expanded Potential, which causes your next Hot Streak, Brain Freeze or Clearcasting to not be consumed.
  • Disciplinary CommandDisciplinary Command - Casting a Frost, Fire and Arcane spell within 10 sec of each other increases your Critical Strike damage of all your spells by 10%. This effect can only occur once every 30 sec.
  • Grisly IcicleGrisly Icicle - Your Frost, Fire, and Arcane damage against enemies affected by Frost Nova is increased by 10% and no longer breaks it.

Arcane

  • Arcane HarmonyArcane Harmony - Increases the damage done by Arcane Missiles by 10%. Each time Arcane Missiles hits an enemy, the damage of your next Arcane Barrage is increased by 2%. This effect stacks.
  • Arcane BombardmentArcane Bombardment - Arcane Barrage deals an additional 40% damage against targets below 35% health.
  • Siphon StormSiphon Storm - Evocation grants 2 Arcane Charges, and while channeling Evocation, your Intellect is increased by 2% every 1 sec. Lasts 30 sec.
  • Triune WardTriune Ward - Casting any Barrier spell grants the effects of Blazing Barrier, Ice Barrier, and Prismatic Barrier. Each absorb shield has 40% effectiveness.
  • Temporal WarpTemporal Warp - While you have Temporal Displacement or other similar effects, you may use Time Warp at a reduced effectiveness, granting [ 15 + 25% of Spell Power ]% Haste for 20 sec.

Frost

  • Slick IceSlick Ice - While Icy Veins is active, each Frostbolt you cast reduces the cast time of Frostbolt by 5%, stacking up to 10 times.
  • Cold FrontCold Front - Casting 15 Frostbolts or Flurries calls down a Frozen Orb on your target. Hitting an enemy player counts as double.
  • Freezing WindsFreezing Winds - While Frozen Orb is active, you gain Fingers of Frost every 5 sec. While Frozen Orb is not active, each Frostbolt reduces the cooldown of Frozen Orb by 2.5 sec.
  • Glacial FragmentsGlacial Fragments - Ice Lance has a 15% chance to explode into shards of ice when it hits a target, dealing [ 40% of Spell Power ] Frost damage to up to 5 enemies near your target. This chance is increased to 50% if your target is standing in a Blizzard.

Fire

  • Fevered IncantationFevered Incantation - Each consecutive critical strike you deal increases critical strike damage you deal by 2%.
  • FirestormFirestorm - When Hot Streak activates, you have a low chance to cause all Pyroblasts and Flamestrikes to have no cast time and be guaranteed critical strikes for 5 sec.
  • Molten SkyfallMolten Skyfall - Casting 30 Fireballs or Pyroblasts calls down a Meteor on your target. Hitting an enemy player counts as double.
  • Sun King's BlessingSun King's Blessing - After consuming 6 Hot Streaks, your next non-instant Pyroblast cast within 15 sec grants you Combustion for 6 sec.

Priest

All Specializations

  • Cauterizing Shadows Cauterizing Shadows - When Shadow Word: Pain expires on a target, 5 allies within 20 yards of the target are healed for 6% of their maximum health.
  • Restored Faith Restored Faith - Leap of Faith instead causes you to leap to your target, and has 2 charges.

Discipline

  • Clarity of Mind Clarity of Mind - During Rapture, Power Word: Shield costs 20% less mana and applies 6 second longer Atonements.
  • Crystalline Reflection Crystalline Reflection - Power Word: Shield instantly heals the target for [ 30% of Spell Power ] and reflects 30% of damage absorbed.
  • Kiss of Death Kiss of Death - Reduces Shadow Word: Death's cooldown by 8 sec and causes its damage to trigger Atonement.
  • The Penitent One The Penitent One - Power Word: Radiance has a 50% chance to cause your next Penance to fire 3 extra bolts.

Holy

  • Divine Image Divine Image - When you use a Holy Word spell, you have a chance to summon an image of a Naaru at your side. For 15 sec, whenever you cast a spell, the Naaru will cast a similar spell.
  • Flash Concentration Flash Concentration - Each time you cast Flash Heal, your next Heal cast within 15s has its casting time reduced by 0 sec and healing increased by 10%, stacking up to 3 times.
  • Harmonious Apparatus Harmonious Apparatus - Circle of Healing, Holy Fire, and Prayer of Mending reduce the cooldown of Holy Word: Sanctify, Holy Word: Chastise, and Holy Word: Serenity by 4s.
  • The Alabaster Lady The Alabaster Lady - Prayer of Mending healing has a 8% chance to grant you Apotheosis for 8 sec.

Shadow

  • Call to the Void Call to the Void - Mind Flay has a chance to spawn a Void Tendril that channels Mind Flay at your target for 10 seconds, generating 3 insanity when it deals damage.
  • Painbreaker Psalm Painbreaker Psalm - Shadow Word: Death consumes 6 sec of Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch, instantly dealing that damage to the target and generating 10 Insanity.
  • Shadowflame Prism Shadowflame Prism - Your Shadowfiend or Mindbender deals 20% additional damage as Shadowflame damage, and the cooldown on Shadowfiend and Mindbender is reduced by 40%.

Shaman

All Specializations

  • Ancestral Reminder Ancestral Reminder - Bloodlust or any similar effects last an additional 20.0 sec on you, and you gain an extra 10% Haste from any Bloodlust type effect.
  • Chains of Devastation Chains of Devastation - Casting Chain Heal makes your next Chain Lightning instant cast. Casting Chain Lightning makes your next Chain Heal instant cast.
  • Deeply Rooted Elements Deeply Rooted Elements - Casting Stormstrike has a 5.1% chance to activate Ascendance for 6.0 sec.
  • Deeptremor Stone Deeptremor Stone - Earth Elemental has a permanent Earthquake attached to it.

Elemental

  • Echoes of Great Sundering Echoes of Great Sundering - When you consume 6 or more stacks of Fulmination with Earth Shock, your next Earthquake will be instant cast and deal 6% additional damage.
  • Elemental Equilibrium Elemental Equilibrium - Dealing direct Fire damage increases the damage of your next Frost spell by 30%. Dealing Frost damage increases the damage of your next Nature spell by 25%. Dealing Nature damage increases the damage of your next Fire spell by 20%.
  • Skybreaker's Fiery Demise Skybreaker's Fiery Demise - Flame Shock damage over time critical strikes reduce the cooldown of Fire Elemental by 1.0 sec, and Flame Shock has a 30% increased critical strike chance.
  • Windspeaker's Lava Resurgence Windspeaker's Lava Resurgence - When you consume 6 or more stacks of Fulmination with Earth Shock, gain Lava Surge and increase the damage of your next Lava Burst by 6%.

Enhancement

  • Doom Winds Doom Winds - Dropping Windfury Totem grants you 100% inceased chance to gain Windfury Weapon for 8 sec. This can only occur once every 60 sec.
  • Primal Lava Actuators Primal Lava Actuators - Each time Flame Shock deals Periodic damage, increase the damage of your next Lava Lash by 10% and reduce the cooldown of Lava Lash by 0.5 sec.
  • Legacy of the Frost Witch Legacy of the Frost Witch - Consuming 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon will reset the cooldown of Stormstrike and cause your next Stormstrike to deal 100% increased damage.
  • Witch Doctor's Wolf Bones Witch Doctor's Wolf Bones - Increases the chance to gain a stack of Maelstrom Weapon by 5%, and whenever you gain a stack of Maelstrom Weapon, the cooldown of Feral Spirits is reduced by 2.0 sec.

Restoration

  • Earthen Harmony Earthen Harmony - Earth Shield healing is increased by 300% if your Earth Shield target is below 50% health, and Healing Wave adds a stack of Earth Shield to your target, up to 9 maximum stacks.
  • Jonat's Natural Focus Jonat's Natural Focus - Healing Wave and Healing Surge increase the healing done by your next Chain Heal by 0%, stacking up to 0 times.
  • Primal Tide Core Primal Tide Core - Every 4 casts of Riptide also applies Riptide to another friendly target near your Riptide target.
  • Spiritwalker's Tidal Totem Spiritwalker's Tidal Totem - After using Mana Tide Totem, the cast time of Healing Wave and Chain Heal is reduced by 50%, and the mana cost of Chain Heal and Healing Wave is reduced by 100% for 10 sec.

Warrior

Arms

  • Battlelord Battlelord - Your Slam has a 30% chance to reset the cooldown of Mortal Strike.
  • Enduring Blow Enduring Blow - Your Mortal Strike has a 15% chance to apply the Colossus Smash effect to your target for 5 sec.
  • Exploiter Exploiter - Execute causes the target to take 25% more damage from your next Mortal Strike, stacking up to 2 times.
  • Unhinged Unhinged - While Bladestorm is active, you automatically cast a total of 2 Mortal Strikes at random nearby enemies.

Fury

  • Cadence of Fujieda Cadence of Fujieda - Bloodthirst increases your Haste by 2% for 5 sec, stacking up to 4 times.
  • Deathmaker Deathmaker - Your Rampage has a 25% chance to apply the Siegebreaker effect to your target for 5 sec.
  • Leaper Leaper - Heroic Leap gains 2 additional charges.
  • Misshapen Mirror Misshapen Mirror - Spell Reflection lasts 200% longer, and applies to your party.
  • Reckless Defense Reckless Defense - Rampage critical strikes reduce your Recklessness and Enraged Regeneration cooldown by 3 sec.
  • Seismic Reverberation Seismic Reverberation - If Whirlwind hits 3 or more enemies, it hits them 1 additional time.
  • Signet of Tormented Kings Signet of Tormented Kings - Activating Bladestorm, Recklessness, or Avatar randomly casts one of the other two abilities at reduced effectiveness.
  • Will of the Berserker Will of the Berserker - When Recklessness expires, your Critical Strike is increased by 5% for 5 sec. Your Raging Blow will refresh the duration of this effect.

Protection

  • Reprisal Reprisal - The first Intercepted attack granst you Ignore Pain and make your next Revenge cost no Rage.
  • The Wall The Wall - Shield Slam generates an additional 2 Rage and reduces the remaining cooldown of Shield Wall by 4 sec.
  • Thunderlord Thunderlord - Each enemy you hit with Thunder Clap reduces the remaining cooldown on Demoralizing Shout by 3 sec.
  • Unbreakable Will Unbreakable Will - Your Shield Wall ability now grants 50% of its effect to all party members.

For elemental they really need to decrease the chance of lava surge, but make flame shock have no cd. Its such a rotational problem and feels so bad. If someone purges your flame shock you're out so much damage, but the new issues arising are them trying to push this rotation of fire frost nature. Its kinda hard when frost and nature are spammable, but then fire is on a 6 second cd.

      During a special maintenance period (currently planned for 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PDT (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EDT) on Thursday, August 13), the following realm connections will be made:
      The Frostwolf and Vashj realms will join Drak’Tharon, Firetree, Malorne, Rivendare, Spirestone, and Stormscale . The Blackrock realm will join the Azjol-Nerub and Khaz Modan realms. The Garona realm will join the Icecrown and Malygos realms. The Bloodscalp, Boulderfist, Maiev, and Stonemaul realms will join the Quel’dorei and Sen’jin realms. Garrosh will join Aegwynn, Bonechewer, Daggerspine, and Hakkar. We are planning more realm connections for low-population realms, and we will post further notifications like this one in the coming weeks.

      The Corruption Effects Vendor resets in about 19 hours as of writing this post, bringing with it a new batch of Preserved Contaminants that can be purchased for Echoes of Ny'alotha. The upcoming rotation includes Rank 3 Twisted Appendage and Expedient.
      Did You Know?
      The Corruption system will be removed in the Shadowlands pre-patch. Blizzard pushed a hotfix to live servers that acts as a cap for Corruption.       Ineffable Truth (Rank 1 // 12 Corruption) for 3,300 Echoes of Ny'alotha Your Spells and Abilities have a chance to show you the Ineffable Truth, increasing the rate your cooldowns recover by 30% for 10 seconds. Honed Mind (Rank 1 // 15 Corruption) for 4,125 Echoes of Ny'alotha Your spells and abilities have a chance to increase your Mastery by 392 for 10 seconds. Strikethrough (Rank 2 // 15 Corruption) for 4,125 Echoes of Ny'alotha Increases the damage and healing you deal with Critical Strikes by 3%. Masterful (Rank 2 // 15 Corruption) for 4,125 Echoes of Ny'alotha Increases the amount of Mastery you gain from all sources by 9%.       Sinrunner Reins is a new and probably secret mount that you can obtain in Shadowlands.
      We currently do not know what happened to good Old Blanchy after it died back in Westfall, but the mount has a Venthyr hue to it, so we speculate that its soul ended up in Revendreth for some reason.
      Sinrunner Reins teaches you Sinrunner Blanchy, so we know for sure it is the same horse we previously encoutered, but what sins did Blanchy commit remains to be seen.
      Other datamined spells and items tied to the mount and the NPC that you need to interact with to get it are:
      Blanket for Blanchy (DNT) requires Comfortable Saddle Blanket "A soft and comfortable blanket for regulating body temperature." Blanchy Horseshoes (DNT) > Requires 4 Sturdy Horseshoes "Protective footwear for horse-like creatures." Groomed Blanchy (DNT) > Requires Grooming Brush "A circular motion with the stiff bristled brush removes and soothes itches." Watered Blanchy (DNT) > Requires Bucket of Clean Water "Guaranteed to quench the greatest thirst." Apples for Blanchy (DNT) indicates that you will need three Dredhollow Apple to create Sinrunner Reins, which seems to be the final step in getting the mount.
      Based on the number of items you must acquire, we think the mount will be tied to some secret, where you must brush the horse, provide it with a blanket, clean water, and so on.

      Some rumors were circulating about the removal of Herald of the Titans in Shadowlands after the level squish. Luckily, we're able to confirm the achievement is there, but the requirements were squished down too.
      If you want to get the Herald of Titans achievement in Shadowlands before the squish on live servers, you must be at level 80 and have nobody in the raid wear items higher than item level 100. With the Shadowlands level squish, you will need to defeat Algalon at level 30 wearing items no higher than item level 35.
      Herald of the Titans in Visions of N'Zoth Herald of the Titans in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch Herald of the Titans - Defeat Algalon the Observer at level 80 without anyone in the raid wearing items higher than Item Level 100. Herald of the Titans - Defeat Algalon the Observer at level 30 without anyone in the raid wearing items higher than Item Level 35.

      Niya, one of the Soulbinds available to members of the Night Fae Covenant, comes with an interesting Soulbind trait that mimics the Shadowmeld Night Elf racial.
      If you decide to join the Night Fae Covenant, you will gain access to the Soulshape Signature Ability, which increases your Movement Speed by 50% and teleports you 15 yards forward on a short cooldown.
      Niya, one of the Night Fae Soulbinds, comes with the Sylvari Mantle that conceals you when Soulshape ends until you move, so it acts pretty much like the Shadowmeld, the Night Elf racial.
      Other Soulbind traits that you can get through Niya include:
      Row 1: Stay on the Move (on the same row with Sylvari Mantle) Row 4: Niya's Tools: Burrs // Niya's Tools: Poison // Niya's Tools: Herbs Row 7: Care Package // Swift Patrol Row 8: Grove Invigoration Note that you can only pick one Soulbind trait per row.
