Some of the leveling guides make solid recommendations for which heirlooms to use; while others just link to this so-called guide that isn't helpful at all. The guide is intended to be a general overview of Heirlooms, how to obtain them, and how they work, while individual Class/Spec Leveling Guides may go into specific Heirlooms that are especially good for that Spec. Unrelated: Deals Damage and Buffs Allies Unstable Elemental Confluence No longer obtainable. This is straight up incorrect.
