Shadow Priest Heroic Garrosh

Recommended Posts

Teammate of mine is struggling in the first transition pushing damage on the adds.  He's consistently around 3M while the two Warlocks are over 10M and the raid averages around 7.5M.  Are Spriests limited in this type of phase, or is there some gimmick modification Spriests can make aside from Mind Spikex3 -> Mind Blast?

spriest on garrosh are lucky they can at least use the adds to proc more orbs to do more damage on garrosh or keep ToF up.

here's hespera's guide, it kind of seems like he assumes spriest are focused on single tar, but you could always ask there.

drye is a pretty damn good die hard spriest as well, if you can find anything he's written.

edit:

lol the ten man h garrosh guide doesnt exist and the comments start out, "how to gear for holy dps to help on this fight"

first your trying to compare apples to banana. you should not compare the two.  the warlock ( im guessing desto) are really high on the dps todem.  currently shadow priest are on the low end of the dps totem ( if not at the bottom). warlock are great at aoe  and single dps. shadow priest, not so much( unless there are 5 + add up). single target there good as long as they keep there dots up. im guessing he just using  Mind Sear or single target Mind Flay  or one of the single target spells and not dotting up things as he should.  with out logs or armory link it hard to say.
