wow Awesome Fighting Game-like Warrior Vs. Mage Animation

A team of three artists have come up with this really great little animation piece, detailing what would happen when "A Forsaken mage and Human warrior want to cross the bridge to pick herbs. The question is, who's going home to the auction house today?". The result is an amazing looking clip, with crisp and fluid animation  and  an almost fighting game-style look for the fight, which ends about as you'd expect:

The project took around 2 months to make, on and off, and one of the three artists that made the animation, Dedrich, talked about the project over in the reddit thread, and even provided a download link to the original quality video.

Maya for the character rigging and animation, then Houdini for effects work. A bit of compositing in after effects as well.

Lol, it seems that spell didn't make it to the actionbar but wotf racial would have countered it.
