Here is a recap of all class changes that went live in last week's Shadowlands Beta build. A new one should be deployed to Beta realms tomorrow.

Death Knight

Soulbind Conduits

  • Blood Bond Blood Bond - Rune Tap heals you and your party for 5.0% 2.0% of your maximum health.
  • Withering Ground Withering Ground - Death's Due deals 5.0% 50.0% increased damage.
  • Brutal Grasp Brutal Grasp - Abomination Limb deals 50.0% 15.0%increased damage to enemies it pulls to you. damage.
  • Accelerated Cold Accelerated Cold - Empower Rune Weapon takes 10% less time to recharge and grants 5.0% 6.0% additional Haste.
  • Biting Cold renamed to Everfrost Everfrost - Remorseless Winter deals 2.0% 3.0% increased damage to enemies it hits, stacking up to 10 times.
  • Unleashed Frenzy Unleashed Frenzy - Frost Strike increases your strength by 1.0% for 6 seconds, stacks up to 5 times.
  • Impenetrable Gloom Impenetrable Gloom - Swarming Mist's damage and dodge chance is increased by 3% and damage increased by 5.0% for the first 4 sec 12.0%.
  • Reinforced Shell Reinforced Shell - Anti-Magic Zone's radius is increased by 15% and the duration is increased by 1.0 2.0 sec.
  • Unending Grip Unending Grip - Death Grip slows enemy movement speed by 25.0% 20.0% for 5 3 sec.
  • Hardened Bones Hardened Bones - While Lichborne is active the damage you take is reduced by 5.0% 6.0%.
  • Proliferation Proliferation - Shackle the Unworthy duration is increased by 3 sec and its damage is increased by 10.0% 20.0%.
  • Chilled Resilience Chilled Resilience - Icebound Fortitude's cooldown is reduced by 15.0 20.0 sec.
  • Eradicating Blow Eradicating Blow - Obliterate increases the damage of your next Frost Strike by 10.0% 6.0%, stacks up to 2 times.
  • Withering Plague Withering Plague - Heart Strike deals 10.0% 15.0% increased damage to enemies infected by Blood Plague.
  • Lingering Plague Lingering Plague Scourge Strike extends the duration of your Virulent Plague's duration is increased by 3 sec and its damage is increased by 0.3 sec 10.0%.

Demon Hunter

Havoc

Covenant Abilities

  • Sinful Brand Sinful Brand - Brand an enemy with the mark of the Venthyr, reducing their melee attack speed by 30%, their casting speed by 30%, and inflicting [ 520% 338% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage over 8 sec. Activating Metamorphosis applies Sinful Brand to all nearby enemies.

Legendary Powers

  • Chaos Theory Chaos Theory (Havoc) - Blade Dance has a 10% 30% chance to grant you Chaotic Blades, increasing the damage of Chaos Strike by 25% 50% and its chance to refund Fury by an additional 60% for 8 sec.

Soulbind Conduits

  • Repeat Decree Repeat Decree - Elysian Decree echoes a second sigil 1 second later for 50%  25.0% damage.
  • Demon Muzzle Demon Muzzle - When Sigil of Silence's effect ends, affected enemies deal 5.0% reduced magic damage to you for 6 8 sec.
  • Dancing with Fate Dancing with Fate The final slash of Blade Dance has a deals an additional 5.0%</span> chance to apply Essence Break 10.0% damage.
  • Shattered Restoration Shattered Restoration - The healing of Shattered Souls is increased by 10% 5.0%.

Druid

PvP Talents

  • Ferocious Wound Ferocious Wound - Attacking with a 5 combo point Ferocious Bite reduces the target's maximum health by up to 10% 5% for 30 sec, stacking up to 2 times. Ferocious Wound can only be active on one target at once.

Soulbind Conduits

  • Taste for Blood Taste for Blood - Ferocious Bite deals 3.0% 2.0% increased damage for each of your Bleeds on the target.

Hunter

  • Survival Tactics Survival Tactics - Feign Death removes dispels all harmful magical effects, and reduces damage taken by 99% for 1.5 sec.

Covenant Abilities

  • Flayed Shot Flayed Shot - Fire a shot at your enemy, causing them to bleed for [ 250% [ 87.5% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage over 20 14 sec. Each time Flayed Shot deals damage, you have a 15% 10% chance to gain Flayer's Mark, causing your next Kill Shot to be free and usable on any target, regardless of their current health.

Legendary Powers

  • Serpentstalker's Trickery Serpentstalker's Trickery (Marksmanship) - When Aimed Shot hits multiple targets from the Trick Shots effect, 3 enemies struck by the Aimed Shot also get hit by an Arcane Shot. Aimed Shot also fires a Serpent Sting at your primary target. 

Soulbind Conduits

  • Deadly Chain Deadly Chain - Trick Shots secondary damage is increased by 10.0% 5.0%.
  • Brutal Projectiles Brutal Projectiles - Your auto attacks have a 10% chance to cause your next Rapid Fire to deal 1.0% 3.0% increased damage for each shot.
  • Stinging Strike Stinging Strike - Raptor Strike's / Mongoose Bite's damage is increased by 14.0% 5.0%.
  • Bloodletting Bloodletting - Barbed Shot's recharge time is reduced by 1 sec, and its damage is increased by 10.0% 5.0%.
  • Cheetah's Vigor Cheetah's Vigor - Aspect of the Cheetah's secondary movement speed lasts an additional 3 sec, and its cooldown is reduced by 15.0 16.0 sec.
  • Flame Infusion Flame Infusion - Carve / Butchery increases the damage of your next Wildfire Bomb explosion by 10.0% 5.0%, stacks up to 2 times.
  • Deadly Tandem Deadly Tandem - Coordinated Assault's duration is increased by 1.0 4.0 sec.
  • Ambuscade Ambuscade added. When a trap is triggered, the cooldown of Disengage is reduced by 1.0 sec.

Mage

Frost

  • Frozen Orb Frozen Orb - Launches an orb of swirling ice up to 40 yards forward which deals up to 160 [ 325.4% of Spell Power ] Frost damage to 8 enemies it passes through. Grants 1 charge of Fingers of Frost when it first damages an enemy.

Anima Powers

  • Rotten Grains renamed to Maldo's Enchanted Cane Maldo's Enchanted CanePolymorph duration is increased by 60 seconds. 
    • Arcane, Initial: Polymorphing an enemy grants you Prismatic Barrier. This has a 45 sec cooldown, reduced per stack of this power.
    • Fire: Polymorphing an enemy grants you Blazing Barrier. This has a 45 sec cooldown, reduced per stack of this power.
    • Frost: Polymorphing an enemy grants you Ice Barrier. This has a 45 sec cooldown, reduced per stack of this power.

Soulbind Conduits

  • Shivering Core Shivering Core - Blizzard's damage is increased by 5.0% and its movement speed reduction are is increased by 5.0% 10%.
  • Incantation of Swiftness Incantation of Swiftness - Greater Invisibility increases your movement speed by 20% 8% for 6 sec.
  • Master Flame Master Flame - Flamestrike's damage and radius are is increased by 8.0%, and its radius is increased by 10%.
  • Arcane Prodigy Arcane Prodigy - Arcane Missiles reduce reduces the cooldown of Arcane Power by 0.10 sec each time it deals damage.
  • Controlled Destruction Controlled Destruction Initial Pyroblast damage increased by 5.0%.
  • Discipline of the Grove Discipline of the Grove - Shifting Power channels 5% faster reduces your Mage ability cooldowns by an additional 4 sec over 4 sec.
  • Infernal Cascade Infernal Cascade - While Combustion is active, your Fire Blast grants you 3.0% increased Fire damage for 5 sec, stacking up to 3 2 times.

Monk

Soulbind Conduits

  • Strike with Clarity Strike with Clarity - Weapons of Order's duration is increased by 5.0 sec, it increases your Mastery by an additional [ $117,906bc1 * 5.1 ]% 25.1 ]%.

Paladin

PvP Talents

  • Luminescence Luminescence - When you are healed by an ally, all nearby up to 5 allies within 20 40 yards are also healed for 20% of the amount.
  • Divine Favor Divine Favor - Your next Holy Light or Flash of Light is increased by 100%, costs no mana casts 60% faster, and is unable to be interrupted.
  • Vengeance Aura Vengeance Aura - Whenever you or nearby allies within 20 40 yards become victim to a full loss of control effect, your Holy damage and critical strike chance is increased by 3% for 8 sec. Stacks up to 4 times.

Protection

  • Shining Light Shining Light - Every 5 Shield Shields of the Righteous make your next Word of Glory free.

Priest

Baseline

  • Mind Blast Mind Blast - Generates 7 8 Insanity.
  • Psychic Scream Psychic Scream (Rank 2) added. Psychic Scream can withstand 20% more damage before breaking.

Discipline

  • Mind Sear Mind Sear - Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing [ 88.9% [ 75.6% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4.5 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target.

Shadow

  • Mind Flay Mind Flay - Assaults the target's mind with Shadow energy, causing [ 151.44% [ 128.4% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4.5 sec and slowing their movement speed by 50%.
  • Mastery: Shadow Weaving Mastery: Shadow Weaving - Your damage is increased by 4.0% for each of Shadow Word: Pain, Vampiric Touch and Devouring Plague on the target. During Void Form, Voidform, all targets receive the maximum effect.
  • Mind Sear Mind Sear - Corrosive shadow energy radiates from the target, dealing [ 88.9% [ 75.6% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 4.5 sec to all enemies within 10 yards of the target.
  • Devouring Plague Devouring Plague - Afflicts the target with a disease that instantly causes [ 76.5% [ 65% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage plus an additional [ 122.4% [ 108% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 6 sec. Heals you for 50% of damage dealt. Can be cast in Requires Shadowform.
  • Searing Nightmare Searing Nightmare (Level 30 Talent) - Can be cast in Requires Shadowform.
  • Auspicious Spirits Auspicious Spirits (Level 40 Talent) - Your Shadowy Apparitions now deal 30% 15% increased damage and generate 1 2 Insanity.

Legendary Powers

  • Painbreaker Psalm Painbreaker Psalm (Shadow) - Shadow Word: Death consumes 6 8 sec of Shadow Word: Pain and Vampiric Touch, instantly dealing that damage to the target and generating up to 15 20 Insanity.

PvP Talents

  • Miracle Worker Miracle Worker - Holy Word: Serenity now has 25 Charges and a 25% reduced cooldown

Rogue

Subtlety

Covenant Abilities

  • Echoing Reprimand Echoing Reprimand - Deal [ 135% [ 110% of Attack Power ] Arcane damage to an enemy, extracting their anima to Animacharge a combo point for 45 sec. Damaging finishing moves that consume the same number of combo points as your Animacharge function as if they consumed 7 combo points. Awards 3 2 combo points.
  • Flagellation Flagellation - Lash the target 3 times, dealing [ 5% [ 6% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage and adding a stack of Flagellation for each lash. The target remains tormented for 45 20 sec, causing receiving an additional lash for each Combo Point spent. combo point you spend. Reactivating Flagellation cleanses their torment, increasing your Haste by 0.5% per stack stack, up to a maximum of 20% 15% Haste for 25 20 sec. 5 sec 1.5 min cooldown.
  • Sepsis Sepsis - Infect the target's blood, dealing [ 162.89% of Attack Power ] Nature damage over 10 sec. If the target survives its full duration, they suffer an additional [ 77.57% of Attack Power ] damage and you Vanish from sight gain 1 use of any Stealth ability for 5 sec. Cooldown reduced by 60 30 sec if Sepsis does not last its full duration. Awards 1 combo points.

Legendary Powers

  • Essence of Bloodfang Essence of Bloodfang (General) - Your combo point generating abilities have a chance to infect the target with Bloodfang, causing [ 570% 57% of Attack Power ] Bleed damage over 6 sec, and healing you for 50% of the damage dealt.

Soulbind Conduits

  • Sleight of Hand Sleight of Hand - Roll the Bones has a 7.0% increased chance of instantly resetting its cooldown granting additional matches.
  • Deeper Daggers Deeper Daggers - Eviscerate and Shadow Vault Black Powder increase your Shadow damage dealt by 30.0% for 5 8 sec.
  • Perforated Veins Perforated Veins
    • Shadowstrike Normal: Shadowstrike increases the damage of your next Backstab by 30%, stacking up to 3 6 times. 
    • Gloomblade: Shadowstrike increases the damage of your next Gloomblade by 30%, stacking up to 6 times.
  • Poisoned Katar Poisoned Katar - Fan of Knives's damage is increased by 8% 7%, and it has a 8% 5% increased poison application critical strike chance.
  • Lashing Scars Lashing Scars - Flagellation lashes 1 2 additional time times initially and deals 12% increased damage.
  • Well-Placed Steel Well-Placed Steel Shiv's Shiv increases your Nature damage is increased by 100% on bleeding targets, and it extends done against the duration of your Envenom target by an additional 1.0 sec 1.0%.

Shaman

Enhancement

  • Windfury Weapon Windfury Weapon - Imbue your main-hand weapon with the element of Wind for 60 min. Each main-hand attack has a 25% chance to trigger two extra attacks, dealing [ 10.8% [ 32.4% of Attack Power ] Physical damage each.

Restoration

Covenant Abilities

  • Chain Harvest Chain Harvest - Send a wave of anima at the target, which then jumps to additional nearby targets. Deals [ 310% [ 205% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage to up to 5 enemies, and restores [ 315% of Spell Power ] health to up to 5 allies.

Legendary Powers

  • Echoes of Great Sundering Echoes of Great Sundering (Elemental) - When you cast Earth Shock, your next Earthquake will deal 250% 175% additional damage.
  • Skybreaker's Fiery Demise Skybreaker's Fiery Demise (Elemental) - Flame Shock damage over time critical strikes reduce the cooldown of Fire Elemental by 1.0 sec, and Flame Shock has a 30% 50% increased critical strike chance.
  • Windspeaker's Lava Resurgence Windspeaker's Lava Resurgence (Elemental) - When you cast Earth Shock, gain Lava Surge and increase the damage of your next Lava Burst by 30% 20%.
  • Doom Winds Doom Winds (Enhancement) - Dropping Windfury Totem grants you 100% chance to gain Windfury Weapon for 8 and increases Windfury Weapon damage by 100% for 12 and increases Windfury Weapon damage by 100% for 12 sec. This can only occur once every 60 sec.
  • Legacy of the Frost Witch Legacy of the Frost Witch (Enhancement) - Consuming 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon will reset the cooldown of Stormstrike and cause your next Stormstrike to deal 100% 15% increased damage.
  • Primal Lava Actuators Primal Lava Actuators (Enhancement) - Each time Flame Shock deals Periodic damage, increase the damage of your next Lava Lash by 10% 12% and reduce the cooldown of Lava Lash by 0.5 sec.
  • Witch Doctor's Wolf Bones Witch Doctor's Wolf Bones (Enhancement) - Increases the chance to gain a stack of Maelstrom Weapon by 5% 3%, and whenever you gain a stack of Maelstrom Weapon, the cooldown of Feral Spirits is reduced by 2.0 sec.
  • Earthen Harmony Earthen Harmony (Restoration) - Earth Shield healing is increased by 300% 150% if your Earth Shield target is below 50% 75% health, and Healing Wave adds a stack of Earth Shield to your target, up to 9 maximum stacks.
  • Spiritwalker's Tidal Totem Spiritwalker's Tidal Totem (Restoration) - After using Mana Tide Totem, the cast time of Healing Wave and Chain Heal is reduced by 50%, and the mana cost of Chain Heal and Healing Wave is reduced by 100% 25% for 10 sec.

  • Nature's Reach renamed to Nature's Focus Nature's Focus The primary target of your Chain Heal has a 40% chance to jump to is healed for an additional ally 10%.
  • High Voltage High Voltage - Lightning Bolt has a 30% 25% chance to generate double Maelstrom.
  • Essential Extraction Essential Extraction - Fae Transfusion deals 10% 30% increased damage, and channels 10% 30% faster.
  • Elysian Dirge Elysian Dirge - Vesper Totem is 100% 40% more effective against the target nearest to it.

Warlock

Legendary Powers

  • Pillars of the Dark Portal Pillars of the Dark Portal (Class-Wide) - Demonic Gateway is now instant cast, and your first use of the your gateway does not trigger its cooldown. In addition, nether energy lashes enemies you pass through, knocking them away.
  • Balespider's Burning Core Balespider's Burning Core (Demonology) - Shadow Bolt increases the damage of your next Demonbolt by 25% 8%, stacking up to 4 times.
  • Implosive Potential Implosive Potential (Demonology) - When Implosion damages at least 3 targets, gain 5% Haste for 8 sec for each Imp exploded. Implosion grants 1% haste for 8 sec for each Imp exploded. When this damages at least 3 targets, instead gain 5% haste per Imp.\

Soulbind Conduits

  • Diabolic Bloodstone Diabolic Bloodstone - Anyone that consumes your Healthstone infuses you with 10.0% leech for 8 6 sec.
  • Prolonged Decimation renamed to Fatal Decimation Fatal Decimation - Decimating Bolt's missiles deal 20.0% increased damage.
    • Affliction, Demonology, Initial: Shadow Bolt has a 20.0% chance to not consume a charge of Decimating Bolt.
    • Destruction: Incinerate has a 20.0% chance to not consume a charge of Decimating Bolt. 
    • Drain Soul: Drain Soul has a 20.0% chance to not consume a charge of Decimating Bolt. 

Warrior

Soulbind Conduit

  • Stalwart Guardian Stalwart Guardian
    • Arms: The cooldown of Die by the Sword is reduced by 40 20 sec.
    • Fury: The cooldown of Enraged Regeneration is reduced by 40 20 sec.
    • Protection, Initial: The cooldown of Shield Wall is reduced by 40 20 sec.
  • Destructive Reverberations Destructive Reverberations - Ancient Aftershock's cooldown is reduced by 15 sec, and its damage is increased by 15 sec 4%.
  • Vicious Contempt Vicious Contempt - Bloodthirst deals 40% 18.0% increased damage to enemies who are below 20% 35% health.
  • Brutal Vitality Brutal Vitality
    • Arms, Fury, Initial: 6.0% of damage you deal adds to your active Ignore Pain. 
    • Protection: 4.0% of damage you deal adds to your active Ignore Pain.
  • Veteran's Repute Veteran's Repute Brandishing the Conqueror's Banner immediately grants you 5 Glory, and while the banner is planted your Strength is increased by 12.0% 10%.
  • Show of Force Show of Force - Revenge increases the damage of your next Thunder Clap by 20% 12.0%.
  • Indelible Victory Indelible Victory
    • Arms, Fury, Initial: Victory Rush heals you for 400% 200%  of the damage it dealt over 8 sec.
    • Protection: Victory Rush heals you for 280% of the damage it dealt over 8 sec.
    • Impending Victory: Impending Victory heals you for 400% 200% of the damage it dealt over 8 sec.
  • Fueled by Violence Fueled by Violence added. You are healed for 15.0% of the damage dealt by Deep Wounds.

      Warbands are pretty great and solve a lot of issues players have had in previous expansions, but "just" making most things account-wide and offering a separate bank, among other things, wasn't enough! 
      As MrGM found out, there's a new set of achievements aimed at helping players with alts, as each character you get to level 80 (the new maximum in the expansion) will give you a 5% experience boost for the next characters you level. The  Warband Mentors: The War Within set of achievements even stacks up to 5 times, so each subsequent character you get to 80 will increase the buff, all the way to 25%! The buff is Warband-wide, so any character you level after that will get the buff.

      Making it easier to level alts is always a welcome change, and this is really making us love Warbands even more!

      Here's another nice addition to the game coming in the new expansion, with some really interesting mole mounts being added! Keyboardturn found all their variations and their mount special animations as well, so let's take a look. 
      And here's the mount special:

      Unfortunately ground mounts are getting very out-classed with the Dynamic Riding feature, but we're still hoping for that rumored dynamic ground mounts feature! Perhaps these could dig down and move below ground?

      Here are this week’s updates to the Dark Heart PTR:
      USER INTERFACE AND ACCESSIBILITY
      Several changes have been made to improve the experience of finding Mythic+ groups in Premade Group Finder: Advanced filters will now only appear for max level characters. Filter options will now save between sessions. Language filters will no longer appear for characters on North American realms. Declined applications will now save between refreshes. When previewing an ensemble or arsenal, the Dressing Room will now show a list of items included in the bundle. Each item can be viewed independently by clicking its name in the list. Solo Shuffle scoreboards will now show the results of the match (Victory, Draw, or Defeat) in the title.

      Game Director Ion Hazzikostas has confirmed that the Dracthyr race will have more class options in The War Within. However, this feature may not be ready in time for the expansion's launch.
      This update was highlighted in a tweet by MrGM, who shared insights from a London content creator interview about the Dracthyr.
      The plan is to introduce the ability for Dracthyr to play as other classes in War Within. Emphasis on playing in Visage form. Required animations for other classes are actively being worked on.
