Demon Hunter Changes on the Shadowlands Beta: October 28th

Blizzard has changed Unbound Chaos Unbound Chaos on the Shadowlands Beta this week to directly improve the damage of Fel Rush Fel Rush.

Blizzard Logo(Source)

Hello!

In the latest build of the Shadowlands Beta, we’re reworking Unbound Chaos Unbound Chaos.

The previous entry in this talent location, Fel Mastery, was a straightforward damage increase to Fel Rush Fel Rush. But you needed to use all of your charges of Fel Rush Fel Rush within your damage rotation to take full advantage of the talent. Since that playstyle already exists with Momentum Momentum, we want to provide a talent here that injected Fel Rush Fel Rush into your damage rotation less frequently. The inner demon crashing into your enemies shortly after your Fel Rush Fel Rush completed was an attempt to present that damage in a more visually impactful way, but ultimately it does not feel very responsive.

As a result, we’re changing the design to enhance the damage of Fel Rush Fel Rush directly.

UBC is def top of the list for a lot of DHs. it just sucks to play around, the fix sucks too but a little less than what it currently is.

i mean it added flavor, but using utility for damage will never feel good. itd be like making a rogue use shadowstep, a monk use roll, a warrior use leap, personally ill never pick a build like that. especially when youre so limited with roots/snares and the fel rush can bring you out of range. i'd rather see them work on the rotation and adding more useful options rather than all of these passive talents.

Thats just opinion. Having so much mobility is the opportunity blizz made that allows them to give players the choice. Using blur for a mini sprint was great, losing it was bad. This is the same, DH have to choose if using mobility is worth the throughput. Just bc you wouldnt pick it doesnt mean it isnt better, the talent itself is so good right now it is almost the entire dmg break down.

Its pure clunky nature is what has players upset. They should make it so that the last hit of blade dance calls down the inner demon and then have that for aoe and the dot for single target.

I agree with this I would rather have Blade Dance do a unique visual adaptation than play around with the very clunky momentum/unbound chaos tree setup.  Saddens that Glaive Tempest doesn't compete with the other two talents of that row and Fel Barrage is looking to be obsolete being placed on the same talent row with Demonic.

Idd i mostly use it do get out of *filtered* moments or fire on anything but having in my rotation this is retarded i don't know why they are forcing a movement ability in to the dps rotation ... is  like forcing warrior to use leap in rotation is just stupid.

We have another look at the Sanctum of Domination raid interiors, this time getting a much better view of the raid and especially its atmosphere!
Last time we took a look it was more of a technical one, with a model viewer breaking through the walls and similar, but LeysTV captured the actual inside of of very well and we get some much better looks at a few really cool details, like the telescope we already talked about, but also some very striking rooms as well. We also get a look at the intro role play.
The very end of the raid isn't shown here, but we've talked about it at length in a very spoilery hypothesis post with some major story implications here. The raid is all still very Torghast-themed, which makes sense since, well, it IS Torghast, so let's have a look:

It's time for more fur! The Druids have returned and taken down AotC Castle Nathria using nothing but bears! We've seen plenty of sort-of mono-class and mono-spec Nathria runs, but they usually include a couple of different classes/specs, but not this time.
Rarbearhands and friends have taken down Heroic Denathrius and the rest of Nathria and secured a Guardian-only mono spec clear, after the Normal CN clear. That's 15 bears in the final confrontation, you can understand why Denny failed to stop them.

Here are some more details on legendaries for the Denathrius fight specifically, from Rarbearhands:
Also, here's all the fights in a playlist, and the logs:

Great job to the bears and now it's time to head on into Mythic and see what can be done there! If you're looking to join the all-Druid community head on over to their discord.

In Patch 9.1, you can use all mounts in the Maw and Korthia.
In Chains of Domination, you will no longer be limited to Maw-specific mounts. All you need to complete to make all mounts work in the Maw and Korthia is the intro scenario and a few quests.
If you complete the Ardenweald Scenario and travel to Korthia, the "Who is the Maw Walker" quest from Tal-Galan <Keeper of Secrets> rewards The True Maw Walker, which not only allows you to use mounts in the Maw and Korthia but also unlocks the Beastwarrens and Perdition Hold, two zones that were previously not available to everyone. This is some sort of catch-up for players that have skipped the Maw.
When Patch 9.1 goes live, it takes approximately 40 minutes to unlock the use of all mounts in the Maw and Korthia.
