Really strange to tell people to save their Enchanter's Journals for when they hit 80 skill points, given that the Journals don't exist in-game.

Those were removed when going from beta to live, should be removed from the guide any second now 🙂

Enchant levelling macro:

/script TradeSkillFrame.DetailsFrame:Create();
/use Enchanting Vellum

 

Usage: Keybind the macro. Make sure you have vellum in your bags. Select the enchant you want to use and hit the keybind. Rinse, repeat.
