Players are running into Torghast anima powers outside the instance, even in Oribos, but it's not quite as dramatic as it sounds.
Several players have been getting the anima power choice pop-up screen outside the tower, but it seems it's only a visual bug and not an actual functioning power:
Source.
All the players that have received this didn't actually have an opportunity to try it out and see if it's working, as the power isn't actually listed anywhere and it is gone on zoning into Torghast itself, so it's a safe bet that it's just a visual bug and not actually functional.
However, some of the anima powers are clearly serving as a testing ground for potential class and spec changes/additions, so we may eventually see the powers arrive outside the tower, albeit in a more organized fashion than the above!

A new reset is looming so we have two tips/in case you didn't know scenarios today, with some Great Vault ease of use and a warning for the Renown Covenant Sanctum reservoir anima weekly quest.
First off we have a simple one you may already know about the Great Vault, as you can actually open it twice in the same week without any penalties! If you "save" your rewards from the previous week, you can actually keep them around as long into the current week as you want. You can then open your old vault whenever you want and then immediately open the new one as well! We're guessing it won't work with more than 2 and any excess would be lost, but we're not exactly sure, as no one has been crazy enough to try (yet).
The second tip is more of a warning, as anima items do NOT count for the weekly Covenant anima quest if you receive them through the mail, aka if you had your bags full when completing the World Quest/activity that dropped them! So make sure you have spaces left in your inventory, especially for those bigger 250 anima and similar rewards!
We hope this helped and thanks to mitus-2 and bcnewell88 for the heads up!

There are always methods of going around the intended mechanics, and the limited time in the Maw is one of the most disliked/talked about mechanics out there, so it makes sense it would be the focus of "workarounds".
As spotted by Wowhead, it seems a way has been found to farm Stygia infinitely and quickly without getting kicked out by the Jailer. This means players abusing this can get their item level 226 conduits and a whole lot of sockets as well.
We won't go into detail on how exactly this is done, as it's a pretty clear exploit that will most likely result in suspensions. The basics are pretty clear though, as there actually are non-exploit ways to farm Stygia without getting Eye of the Jailer level increases already, namely two mob types that don't count but do drop the currency.
The Resonant Misery and Maw Roach Hatchling mobs don't generate Eye levels, but they're a big pain to farm, as most players don't see any point to it due to respawns and long travel times to find them, but the exploit has players actually spawning the roaches at a very fast rate, meaning you can get a whole lot of Stygia without any Eye increases.
Check out the Wowhead article for further details, but you really shouldn't ever use this "technique" aka exploit, unless you really want a suspension for some weird reason!

The World Quest for Fathom Dweller is finally up on EU servers after almost a year. Check out how to summon Kosumoth the Hungering and get the mount before others do!
Here's how the mount looks like.
The quest won't pop up by itself. Instead, you must unlock it.
First, download a WoW Addon that shows you coordinates to figure out where you are and where you need to be. Something like MapCoords or TomTom will do. Head to Broken Shore 37/71 and talk to Drak'thul. Head to 57/52 and enter the Musty Cave. Click on the Mound of Dirt that is hard to notice. You will receive Weathered Relic. Return to 37/71 and talk to Drak'thul again and go through all his dialog options. Now comes the more difficult part. You must click on 10 Hungering Orbs in the exact order. If another player clicks on them, it takes approximately 20 minutes for them to become clickable again, so they have a cooldown. Here are coords for all the Hungering Orbs: Azsuna: 37/37: The first orb is located in a secret cave behind the tree. Stormheim: 33/75: The second orb is located in a cave where Kangaxx is. Val'sharah 41/80 Find another secret cave located inside a tree. The third orb is guarded by an Elemental. Broken Shore 31/76: You will find an underwater cave that hides the fourth orb. Azsuna 59/12: Behind the crystals is yet another secret cave. The fifth orb is located on the ground next to a broken table. Stormheim 67/14: Near the underwater shark is a crevice that leads to a cave that contains the sixth orb. Try to avoid the steams, as they deal high damage. This orb may be the most difficult for you to get. Highmountain 52/36: Enter the Haglands and follow the path to your right. Above halfway down (55/36), you want to jump down to a ledge with a cave. Do not enter the first cave since it's a decoy. Instead, turn right and head to the actual cave to find the seventh orb. Azsuna 54/26: Under the bushes near a tree is another secret cave. The eighth orb is somewhat hidden, too, located in a bush near a pillar inside the cave. Broken Isles World Map 50/91: Find underwater wreckage to get through a secret cave. This one is hard to explain, so we advise you to check out MadSeasonShow's video (timestamp). You will find the ninth orb to your right. Broken Shore 37/71: Head back to Drak'thul and click the final orb on the table behind him. After you click it, the DANGER: Kosumoth the Hungering World Quest spawns at 46/49 on the Broken Isles World Map. Kill Kosumoth to receive Fathom Dweller. Note that you have a chance to get the Hungering Claw instead of the mount. It just so happens that the reward is the mount right now. Check out the video guide by MadSeasonShow for more details!
