You may remember Xirev, who also maxed out ALL achievements in previous expansions... twice! He maxed out everything in Legion and BfA, and we even had a nice long chat with him after his most recent, well, achievement!

Today he's posted a progress report on his Shadowlands efforts, as he's actually quite a solid amount in with all the new expansion additions! With BfA, he was done this past April, so it took him about 1 year and 8 months to get the entire expansion done.

So, "only" 88 achievements left to go, with it being very likely there will be more added before he's done!

A smaller congrats before the much bigger congrats coming for maxing it all out in about a year and half, then! We also strongly suggest reading up our full interview with Xirev as it's pretty enlightening.

The ripcord has been pulled in Patch 9.1.5, allowing players to freely swap between Covenants. In this post, we're looking at what you need to do to switch Covenants in the new patch.
You must first reach Renown 80 to be able to swap Covenants in Patch 9.1.5 (Renowned). Then, head to the Enclave in Oribos, talk to the Covenant NPCs to join a different Covenant.

Picking a new Covenant for the first time resets your Renown to 1. You will also need to begin with Chapter 1 of the Covenant Campaign. You will start with no companions and only have 1 Soulbind unlocked.
Fortunately, you can buy Broker Mark of Distinction to instantly catch up on Renown and set it to 40. You can also purchase Timebound Ruminations near the Oribos' Flight Master to instantly raise a companion's level to 30.

Blizzard have clarified that despite new class starter gear coming in patch 9.1.5, the old versions will not become rare or be removed permanently. Considering the specific wording below, the might be going away in the patch but then come back later, or they'll just come from a different source immediately, but in any case they won't be gone forever!

Please don’t worry that any original starter gear might go away forever or become very rare.
We’re working on making all of those various older starter pieces available to players who want to obtain them.

That's the Spirit will be more difficult to complete in Patch 9.1.5, which is why you should complete it before the update hits live servers.
As Hyrcyne points out, That's the Spirit can only be completed by incubating green (uncommon) seeds. Blizzard is making all previous locations that award uncommon quality seeds award rare quality seeds in Patch 9.1.5, meaning it will be more difficult to obtain them, which results in That's the Spirit being harder to complete.

However, you can save all the hassle by completing the achievement on live servers before the update arrives on November 2.
