Guardian - Bladedancer's Armor Kit vs Blood-Spattered Scale

Hello,

I looted the following trinket 'Bladedancer's Armor Kit' with ilvl 200.
Before I had a 184 'Blood-Spattered Scale' .

Even with the major upgrade of the ilvl, I think the 'Blood-Spattered Scale' is still better than 'Blood-Spattered Scale'.
What are your opinions?
