Help with kindred spirit WA

Hi all! I found this nice WA to track the CD of Kindred Spirits. Unfortunatly it seems to have some bugs because it shows the CD of empowerement only when i link myself. The author suggested me to try to reorder the triggers but, since i haven't wrtten the wa, i am not sure about what to change. Can some of nerds browsing here try to help or provide some tips to fix it? 🙂 Thanks a really lot ^^
