LFR Sire Denathrius ring in my GV somehow

I killed the last 4 bosses on normal last week (Monday) . This week I received an LFR Sire Denathrius ring in my vault. He wasn’t even able to be killed last week in LFR. I didn’t loot it and I have put in a ticket, but have not received a response yet. Anyone else having this problem?
