Here is a summary of all class changes that went live in the first build of Patch 9.0.5.

Death Knight

General

Unholy

  • Defile Defile (Level 45 Talent) - 20 sec cooldown renamed to recharge.

Anima Powers

  • Death Turf Death Turf You and your minions gain 10% Haste while you are inside your Death and Decay Within your Death and Decay, you and your minions gain 10% Haste, and enemies deal 10% reduced damage to you.
  • Darkreaver's Lens Darkreaver's Lens - Anti-Magic Shell and Anti-Magic Zone reflects reflect harmful magical effects back at the caster.
  • Entropic Pool Entropic Pool Dealing damage with Death and Decay gains an additional charge increases damage you deal to the target by 2%, stacking.
  • Monstrous Concoction Monstrous Concoction - Death Coil's healing Coil infuses you or and your minions with monstrous power, increasing damage and attack speed and damage by 15% 10% for 60 8 sec. Stacks twice.
  • Unbreakable Cuffs Unbreakable Cuffs - Chains of Ice strikes 1 additional targets and lasts an additional 3 seconds increases your Physical and Frost damage dealt to affected enemies by 15%.
  • Blightstone Blightstone - The damage of your Blood Plague, Frost Fever, and Virulent plague Plague are increased by 15%.
  • Creeping Decay Creeping Decay - Death and Decay gains an additional charge and its radius is increased by 3 yds and it reduces the damage enemies deal to you within its area by 10% yds.
  • Necromantic Bile Necromantic Bile - Your Heart Strike, Obliterate, and Scourge strike Strike deal 15% more damage.
  • Blood-tinged Poker Blood-tinged Poker - Sacrificial Pact's damage is increased by 300%, 400%, has no cooldown, and Raise Dead's cooldown is reduced to 25 20 seconds.
  • Darkreaver's Ward Darkreaver's Ward - Anti-Magic Zone lasts 3 seconds longer Shell and reduces spell damage taken Anti-Magic Zone duration increased by an additional 10%. 3 sec.
  • Lich Robes Lich Robes Lichborne's Reduces the cooldown is reduced of Lichborne by 4 per 10 seconds when you Death Strike. Runic Power spent.
  • Exterminator Exterminator - Death Gripping a Maw Rat causes it to explode Grip has 2 additional charges, and resets the cooldown of Death Grip killing a Mawrat refunds all charges.
  • Occult Emitter Occult Emitter Runic Power generation increased by 100% while affected by your Anti-Magic Shell removes all harmful magical effects and Anti-Magic Zone.
  • Force Pull Force Pull (renamed from Force Pull) - Death Grip causes the instead pulls you to your target and causes them to slam to the ground, knocking down nearby enemies for 3 seconds sec.
  • Bone Borrower Bone Borrower (new) - Death Grip reduces the target's damage dealt to you by 20% for 10 sec, and animates a Risen Skulker or Magus of the Dead for 60 sec.
  • Entropic Pool Entropic Pool (new) - Dealing damage with Death and Decay increases damage you deal to the target by 2%, stacking.
  • Death Hook Death Hook (new) - Death Grip instead pulls you to your target and causes them to slam to the ground, knocking down nearby enemies for 3 sec.
  • Bone Borrower Bone Borrower (new) - Death Coil afflicts enemies with Bone Harvest, dealing 60% of Death Coil's damage over 5 sec. Targets killed during Bone Harvest are reanimated as a Risen Skulker or a Magus of the Dead for 60 sec.

Covenant Abilities

  • Shackle the Unworthy Shackle the Unworthy - Admonish your target for their past transgressions, reducing the damage they deal to you by 5% 8% and dealing [ 178.5% 205.27% of Attack Power ] Arcane damage over 14 sec.
  • Death's Due Death's Due - Death's Due reduces damage enemies deal to you by 1%, 2%, up to a maximum of 8% and their power is transferred to you as an equal amount of Strength. 30 sec cooldown recharge.

Demon Hunter

Anima Powers

  • Resonant Mawfang Resonant Mawfang - Interrupting with Disrupt deals 2% 5% of the target's maximum health as damage, up to maximum of Total Health.
  • Soarstone Soarstone - You restore 3% 6% health per second while Gliding.
  • Phantasmal Iris Phantasmal Iris - Looting Phantasma increases the damage of your next Eye Beam by 1% 5%.
  • Seeker's Rage Seeker's Rage - Destroying an Ashen Phylactery increases the damage of your next Demon's Bite/Shear/Demon Blades/Fracture by 20% 2%.
  • Shifting Signet Shifting Signet - Metamorphosis cooldown reduced by 15% 30%.
  • Furywing Furywing - Fel Rush/Infernal Strike damage is increased by 400%, but it damages you for 15% of your total health if it doesn't hit an enemy 400%.

Covenant Abilities

  • Fodder to the Flame Fodder to the Flame Call forth and defeat a demon from the Theater of Pain to release an Empowered Demon Soul, increasing your damage done by 30% and reducing all damage taken by 15% for 20 sec. The demon will escape to the Nether after 25 sec. Throw Glaive deals considerably more damage to the demon and Fleshcraft treats it as a powerful enemy. Your damaging abilities have a chance to call forth a demon from the Theater of Pain for 25 sec. Throw Glaive deals lethal damage to the demon, which explodes on death, dealing [ 175% of Attack Power ] damage to nearby enemies and healing you for 25% of your maximum health. The explosion deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets. Cooldown changed from 2 to 1.5 mins.

Soulbind Conduits

  • Fel Defender Fel Defender - The cooldown of Fiery Brand Fel Devastation is reduced by 10 sec.

Druid

Covenant Abilities

  • Adaptive Swarm Adaptive Swarm
    • Balance: Command a swarm that heals [ 126% 157.5% of Spell Power ] or deals [ 120% 150% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 12 sec to a target, and increases the effectiveness of your periodic effects on them by 30% 35%. Upon expiration, jumps to a target within 25 yards, alternating between friend a
    • Feral, Guardian, Restoration: Command a swarm that heals [ 126% 157.5% of Spell Power ] or deals [ 120% 150% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 12 sec to a target, and increases the effectiveness of your periodic effects on them by 20% 25%.

Soulbind Powers

  • Endless Thirst Endless Thirst - Ravenous Frenzy increases your critical chance by 0.50% 0.80% per stack.

Restoration

  • Rejuvenation Rejuvenation - Heals the target for [ 104% 116% of Spell Power ] over 12 sec.

Hunter

Anima Powers

  • Hateful Shard-Ring Hateful Shard-Ring
    • Beast Mastery, Marksmanship, Initial: Your first Concussive Shot against a target now roots them in place for 5.0 10.0 sec.
    • Survival: Your first Wing Clip against a target now roots them in place for 5.0 10.0 sec.
  • Acrobat's Rations Acrobat's Rations - Disengage cooldown reduced by 4.0 8.0 sec.
  • Petrified Pet Food Petrified Pet Food - Ashen Phylacteries have a 10% chance to contain some Petrified Pet Food when destroyed. Consuming Petrified Pet Food will increase your pet's size by 100% and damage by 20% for 15 30 sec.
  • Feline Femur Feline Femur - Aspect of the Cheetah cooldown reduced by 30.0 45.0 sec.

Covenant Abilities

  • Death Chakram Death Chakram - Throw a deadly chakram at your current target that will rapidly deal [ 27.5% 31.6% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage 7 times, bouncing to other targets if they are nearby.
  • Flayed Shot Flayed Shot - Fire a shot at your enemy, causing them to bleed for [ 87.5% 112.5% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage over 14 18 sec. Each time Flayed Shot deals damage, you have a 10% chance to gain Flayer's Mark, causing your next Kill Shot to be free and usable on any target, regardless of their current health, and deal 25% increased damage.

Mage

Anima Powers

  • Tormenting Backlash Tormenting Backlash - The final mirror will instead inflict [ 151% of Spell Power ] Shadow d
  • Whenever a mirror is consumed you gain 4% mana Clearcasting.
  • Sapphire Prism Sapphire Prism - Mirror Image summons 1 2 additional copies of yourself.
  • Dimensional Blade Dimensional Blade - Blinking through a Mawrat will instantly kill it and grant 3 extra charges to an enemy refreshes your Blink spell. cooldown. Blinking through Mawrats will kill them instantly.
  • Eldritch Teachings Maldo's Enchanted Cane renamed to Eldritch Teachings 
    • ArcanePolymorphing an enemy grants you Prismatic BarrierIncreases the damage of Arcane Barrage by 25%. This has a 45 sec cooldown, reduced per stack of this power.
    • FirePolymorphing an enemy grants you Blazing Barrier. Increases the damage of Pyroblast by 25%. This has a 45 sec cooldown, reduced per stack of this power.
    • FrostPolymorphing an enemy grants you Ice Barrier. Increases the damage of Flurry by 40%.
  • Runecloth Wrappings Runecloth Wrappings - The damage of Arcane Blast, Fireball, and Frostbolt is increased by 2,000% 500% when you cast it while Invisible.
  • Creeping Freeze Creeping Freeze Moving during Ice Block spreads a freezing pulse, causing nearby enemies to take Frost damage and become trapped in ice for 8 sec.
  • Sorceror's Frozen Soul Sorceror's Frozen Soul (new) - Ice Block has no cooldown.
  • Chronomancer's Hourglass Chronomancer's Hourglass (new) - During Alter Time, you and your Mirror Images gain Time Warp.

Covenant Abilities

  • Deathborne Deathborne - Transform into a powerful skeletal mage for 20 25 sec.
  • While in the form of a skeletal mage, your Frostbolt, Fireball, and Arcane Blast hit up to 2 enemies near your target and your spell damage is increased by 10%. 15%.
  • Mirrors of Torment Mirrors of Torment - The final mirror will instead inflict [ 151% of Spell Power ] Shadow d
  • Whenever a mirror is consumed:
    • Arcane: You gain 4% mana Clearcasting.
    • Fire: Your Fire Blast cooldown is reduced by 6 sec.
    • Frost: You gain Brain Freeze.
  • Radiant Spark Radiant Spark - Conjure a radiant spark that causes [ 76% 91.2% of Spell Power ] Arcane damage instantly, and an additional [ 41.2% 49.5% of Spell Power ] damage over 10 sec.

Monk

  • Vivify Vivify cost reduced from 4.1% to 3.8% of Base Mana.

Mistweaver

Paladin

Holy

  • Holy Shock Holy Shock mana cost increased from 14% to 16%.

Discipline

  • Spirit Shell Spirit Shell (Level 50 Talent) - For 10 sec, Penance, Power Word: Radiance, and Atonement create absorb shields for 100% 80% of their value, instead of healing.

Anima Powers

  • Enduring Spirit Enduring Spirit - Your Vampiric Embrace, Pain Suppression, and Guardian Spirit last 50% 80% longer.
  • Mindmancer Handgloves Mindmancer Handgloves Mindgames reverses 20% more damage and healing and casts 20% faster. Mindgames deals 25% increased damage and reverses 25% more damage and healing.
  • Soul Sapper renamed to Light-Infused Egg Light-Infused EggWhile an enemy is shackled by your Shackle Undead, your Power Infusion's cooldown recovers 200% faster. Smite (Discipline+Holy)/Mind Flay (Shadow) damage has a 5% chance to grant Power Infusion.
  • Art of Phantasmal Healing renamed to Fallen Priest's Blessing Fallen Priest's BlessingYour Shadow Mends/Flash Heals are now instant and cost no mana, but consume 5 Phantasma.
    • Discipline: Casting Mind Blast increases damage or healing of your next Penance by 30%. This effect stacks, but duration is not refreshed.
    • Holy: Casting Holy Fire increases the damage or healing of your next Holy Word: Chastise by 60%. This effect stacks, but duration is not refreshed.
    • Shadow: Casting Mind Blast increases damage or healing of your next Devouring Plague by 30%. This effect stacks, but duration is not refreshed. 
  • Dark Technique Dark Technique (new) - Enemies affected by Psychic Scream/Mind Bomb suffer 5% of your health in damage every 1 sec. This damage cannot break Psychic Scream/Mind Bomb.
  • Fallen Priest's Blessing Fallen Priest's Blessing (new)
    • Discipline: Casting Mind Blast increases damage or healing of your next Penance by 30%. This effect stacks, but duration is not refreshed.
    • Holy: Casting Holy Fire increases damage or healing of your next Holy Word: Chastise by 60%. This effect stacks, but duration is not refreshed.
    • Shadow: Casting Mind Blast increases damage or healing of your next Devouring Plague by 30%. This effect stacks, but duration is not refreshed.
  • Cowl of Influence Cowl of Influence (new)
    • Discipline: Gain the Dominant Mind talent. In addition, its cooldown is reduced by 90 sec.
    • Holy/Shadow: You may control your own character while Mind Control is active, but it has a 30 sec cooldown.
  • Soul of an Archon Soul of an Archon (new) - Power Infusion increases periodic damage and healing by 100%.
  • Voidwraith Signet Voidwraith Signet (new) - Killing an enemy with Shadow Word: Death summons a Voidwraith guardian for 60 sec that casts Void Flay, dealing 100% additional damage against enemies that are above 50% health.

Covenant Abilities

  • Fae Guardians Fae Guardians
    • Wrathful Faerie: Direct Any direct attacks against the target restore 0.5% Mana or 3 Insanity. Follows your Shadow Word: Pain.
    • Guardian Faerie: Reduces damage taken by 10% 15%. Follows your Power Word: Shield.
    • Benevolent Faerie: Increases the cooldown recovery rate of a your target's major ability by 100%. 150%. Follows your Shadow Mend.

Legendary Powers

  • Cauterizing Shadows Cauterizing Shadows
    • Normal: When Shadow Word: Pain expires on a target, 3 allies within 30 yds of the target are healed for [ 55% 75% of Spell Power ].
    • Purge the Wicked: When Purge the Wicked expires on a target, 3 allies within 30 yds of the target are healed for [ 55% 75% of Spell Power ].
  • Kiss of Death Kiss of Death - Reduces Shadow Word: Death's cooldown by 8 12 sec and causes its damage to trigger Atonement when used on targets below 20% health.

Soulbind Conduits

  • Fae Fermata Fae Fermata - Your Fae Guardians leave behind a 60% 80% effective copy of their benefit, lasting 3.0 sec when they jump to a new target.

Shaman

Baseline

  • Lightning Shield Lightning Shield Melee attackers have a 100% chance: 
    • Elemental: To suffer [ 3.6% 15% of Spell Power ] Nature damage and have a 100% chance to generate 5 Maelstrom.
    • Enhancement: To suffer [ 3.6% 15% of Spell Power ] Nature damage and have a 100% chance to generate a stack of Maelstrom Weapon.
    • Restoration: To suffer [ 3.6% 15% of Spell Power ] Nature damage.

Anima Powers

  • Blood of Heroes Blood of Heroes - Your first Bloodlust/Heroism on a floor does not cause the Sated effect, will not incur its cooldown, and will apply even if Sated.
  • Heart of the Deathseer Heart of the Deathseer Standing within 10 yds of a totem heals you for [ 3% of Total Health ] every 2 sec.
    • Elemental, Restoration: Chain Lightning now jumps to 3 additional targets, and deals 20% additional damage per jump.
    • Enhancement: Lava Lash damage is increased by 500%, and Lava Lash now spreads your Flame Shock to up to 3 nearby targets.
  • Ghost Bone renamed to Bottle of Swirling Maelstrom Bottle of Swirling Maelstrom Ghost Wolf increases your speed by an additional 20%.
    • Elemental: Increase the damage of Earthquake by 150% and the damage of Earth Shock by 100%.
    • Enhancement: The effects of Maelstrom Weapon are increased by 25%.
    • Restoration: Deal [ 125% of Spell Power ] Nature damage every 1 sec to all enemies inside of your Healing Rain.
  • Tsunami Relic Tsunami Relic - While below 50% health, your healing spells cast are 50% faster. more effective.
  • Pure Elemental Core Pure Elemental Core (new)
    • Elemental: Fire Elemental duration is increased by 50%.
    • Enhancement: Feral Spirit duration increased by 50%.
    • Restoration: When you drop Spirit Link Totem, immediately heal all allies in the area for 15% of their maximum health, and damage all enemies in the area for 15% of their maximum health.
  • Depleted Tesla Coil Depleted Tesla Coil (new) - Gain the effects of Stormkeeper every 15 sec.

Covenant Abilities

  • Fae Transfusion Fae Transfusion
    • Elemental, Restoration: Transfer the life force of up to 4 enemies in the targeted area, dealing [ 564%  705% of Spell Power ] Nature damage evenly split to each enemy target over 3 sec. Pressing Fae Transfusion again within 20 sec will release 40% 60% of all damage from Fae Transfusion, healing up to 4 allies near yourself within 20 yds.
    • Enhancement: Transfer the life force of up to 4 enemies in the targeted area, dealing [ 564% 705% of Spell Power ] Nature damage evenly split to each enemy target over 3 sec. Fully channeling Fae Transfusion generates 3 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon. Pressing Fae Transfusion again within 20 sec will release 40% 60% of all damage from Fae Transfusion, healing up to 4 allies near yourself within 20 yds.
  • Primordial Wave Primordial Wave
    • Enhancement: Your next Lightning Bolt will also hit all targets affected by your Flame Shock for 100% 150% of normal damage.
    • Restoration: Your next Healing Wave will also hit all targets affected by your Riptide for 100% 150% of normal damage.
  • Vesper Totem Vesper Totem - Summon a totem at the target location for 30 sec. Your next 3 damage spells or abilities will cause the totem to radiate [ 64% 80% of Spell Power ] Arcane damage to up to 6 enemies near the totem, and your next 3 healing spells will heal up to 6 allies near the totem for [ 73% 91% of Spell Power ] health.

Warlock

Affliction

  • Malefic Rapture Malefic Rapture - Effect Bonus coefficient reduced from 0.335 to 0.275, which means the spell has been nerfed.

Covenant Abilities

  • Impending Catastrophe Impending Catastrophe - Call forth a cloud of chaotic anima that travels to the target enemy, dealing [ 23% 25.3% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage to enemies in its path. When the anima reaches the target it explodes, inflicting either Curse of Weakness or Curse of Tongues, and dealing [ 120% 138% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 12 sec to all nearby enemies.

Warrior

Anima Powers

  • Brawler's Brass Knuckles Brawler's Brass Knuckles - Rage generation increased by 20% 25%.
  • Repulsive Pennant Repulsive Pennant Gaining Glory while Conqueror's Banner is active deals [ 30% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage to all enemies within 15 yds of you. While Conqueror's Banner is active, deal [ 70% of Attack Power ] Shadow damage to all enemies within 15 yds of you every 3 sec.
  • Sinew-Sewn Tassels Sinew-Sewn Tassels  - Planting your Conqueror's Banner grants 10% additional critical strike chance to you and your allies.
  • Edge of Hatred Edge of Hatred - The damage of Mortal Strike (Arms), Rampage (Fury), Shield Slam (Protection) is increased by 20% 25%.
  • Fan of Longswords Fan of Longswords - Mortal Strike (Arms), Rampage (Fury), Shield Slam (Protection) have a 33% chance to cast also casts Whirlwind.
  • Succulent Carpaccio Succulent Carpaccio
    • Arms, Fury: Ignore Pain absorbs additional damage equal to 10% of your maximum health, and its cooldown is reduced by 3 sec.
  • Ancient Rubble Ancient Rubble (new) - Heroic Leap shatters the ground where you land, dealing [ 300% of Attack Power ] Physical damage over 10 sec to enemies within 16 yds.
  • Thorium Hairpin Thorium Hairpin (new)
    • Arms, Protection: Whirlwind generates 10 Rage.
    • Fury: Whirlwind generates 4 additional Rage.
  • Gargolmar's Shattered Hand Gargolmar's Shattered Hand (new) - Victory Rush/Impending Victory reduces the remaining cooldown of Heroic Leap by 10 sec.
  • Blade of the Tideskorn Blade of the Tideskorn (new)
    • Arms, Fury: You yell a Piercing Howl when you Heroic Leap.
    • Protection: You yell a Demoralizing Shout when you Heroic Leap.
  • Glory of Skyhold Glory of Skyhold (new) - Heroic Leap gains 2 additional charges.
  • Weathered Runestone Weathered Runestone (new)
    • Arms, Protection: Berserker Rage increases the damage of Revenge by 40%.
    • Fury: Berserker Rage increases the damage of Raging Blow by 40%.

Covenant Abilities

  • Conqueror's Banner Conqueror's Banner Plant the Conqueror's Banner in the ground, granting 20% maximum health and 10% critical strike chance to you and 2 allies within 15 yards of the banner for 20 sec. While active, spending 20 Rage (Protection)/30 Rage (Fury) and killing enemies grants you Glory. Glory increases your critical strike damage by 1% per stack, up to 30%, for 30 sec. Brandish the Conqueror's Banner, granting 400 Mastery and 30% increased movement speed to you and your 2 nearest allies, and preventing movement speed from being reduced below 100%. Lasts 15 sec. Generates 4 Rage (Arms, Protection)/6 Rage (Fury) per sec.

Class Changes aren't even Done yet. This is just All current Changes, the PTR still has probably a month left of changes before going Live.

Having played a rogue since beta classic, we are a very tricky class as I think we're always at a tipping point of being overpowered, or being trash.  Right now outlaw damage is good for raiding, it should be better as a pure dps class I don't think we should be out dps'd by hybrid classes, but that's an unpopular opinion.  Sub is great for pvp, could be less bursty and more sustained.

One thing I noticed about this expansion is that all of our covenant abilities are trash, and not one comes close to something like convoke, to be fair I don't know how many of the other classes actually have covenant abilities that are good, it makes me wonder if we did have four options that were all good, and even amongst each other, if it would make us more overpowered.  I imagine there is a reason why blizzard gave us four terrible options.

Warriors:

Protection: Warriors will be rerolled into Demon Hunters.

Fury: Warriors will be rerolled into Demon Hunters.

Arms: Warriors will be rerolled into Unholy DKs.

This change will delete the class from the game effective immediately after the patch goes live.

Ooh, I think this is exactly what was missing for a really excellent Torghast build for mage. Combined with the other 2 powers that affect Alter Time it's going to be extremely strong.

      The War Within Pre-Expansion PTR has been updated with the following:
      CLASSES
      DEATH KNIGHT Blood New Talent: Bloodied Blade – Parrying an attack grants you a charge of Bloodied Blade, increasing your Strength by 0.5%, up to 4% for 15 seconds. At 8 stacks, your next parry consumes all charges to unleash a Heart Strike at 200% effectiveness, and increases your Strength by 10% for 6 seconds. Several talents have moved around on the Blood tree. Frost Obliteration now has an additional effect – While Pillar of Frost is active it will now also increase the cost of your Frost Strike by up to 15 Runic Power to deal up to 52.5% additional damage. Unholy Foul Infections now correctly increases disease crit chance by a flat 5% (was previously multiplicative crit chance). Unholy Blight is now passive and now surrounds the ghoul instead of the Death Knight. Sudden Doom no longer causes Epidemic to burst Festering Wound on targets. When talented into Harbinger of Doom, Sudden Doom now displays the activation overlay images separately, left and right, for each stack. DEMON HUNTER Illuminated Sigils now grants an additional charge only to Sigil of Flame (was all Sigils) and also reduces Sigil of Flame cooldown by 5 seconds. HUNTER Trailblazer and Pathfinding have swapped locations in the Hunter class tree. Fixed an issue that was causing Posthaste to only grant 25% movement speed. It now grants 50% movement speed. Fixed an issue that was causing Born to Be Wild to falsely claim to reduce the cooldown of Survival of the Fittest. Beast Mastery Thrill of the Hunt now properly stacks up to 3 times. War Orders now properly grants a 50% chance to reset the cooldown of Kill Command. The position of Hunter’s Prey and Wild Call have been swapped. Killer Cobra in Gate 2 has been renamed to Venom’s Bite. Developer’s note: Huntmaster’s Call is providing a substantial amount of damage despite how easy it is to access. Huntmaster’s Call has had the following adjustments: Fenryr’s Ravenous Leap damage reduced by 30%. Hati now increases all pet damage by 8% (was 15%). Hati and Fenryr attack damage has been normalized and reduced. Hunters have new visuals and sound effects when Huntmaster’s Call summons Hati or Fenryr. Kill Command damage increased by 8%. Dire Beast damage increased by 10%. Dire Beast now grants 20 Focus. Survival Harpoon and Aspect of the Eagle are now baseline to Survival Hunter. Fury of the Eagle will now properly benefit from Tip of the Spear. Fury of the Eagle does not consume a stack of Tip of the Spear until the channel ends. Contagious Reagents no longer plays the Serpent Sting animation or audio multiple times. Terms of Engagement is now located where Harpoon used to be on the Survival Spec tree. Exposed Flank has been redesigned – Flanking Strike exposes a weakness in your enemy’s defenses, causing it to strike 2 additional targets at 100% effectiveness and causing Kill Command to hit 2 additional nearby enemies for 10 seconds. Explosive Shot now benefits from and consumes Tip of the Spear. Developer’s note: The following changes are targeted at smoothing out Survival’s rotation, such that you can reasonably maintain a spell priority, aren’t munching procs, and will have to more actively manage your Focus economy. We will continue to read feedback and adjust Survival’s action and focus economy as necessary. Fixed an issue that was causing Flanker’s Advantage to substantially increase Kill Command’s chance to reset its cooldown and substantially increase Tip of the Spear’s damage bonus. Flanking Strike damage increased by 40%, now costs 20 Focus, and generates 2 stacks of Tip of the Spear. Wildfire Bomb now costs 10 Focus. Bombardier now grants two free charges of Explosive Shot after Coordinated Assault ends (used to make Explosive Shot have 0 cooldown and cost 0 Focus for 4 seconds). MAGE Arcane The position of many nodes on the Arcane spec tree has changed. Developer’s note: We’re making some updates to the Arcane tree this week but some extra talent nodes didn’t quite make the build. Expect to see them in the coming weeks. Nether Munitions has been redesigned – When your Touch of the Magi detonates, it increases the damage all affected targets take from you by 8% for 12 seconds. Improved Touch of the Magi is no longer a choice node with Magi’s Spark. Magi’s Spark and Nether Munitions are now a choice node. Magi’s Spark explosion damage increased by 300%. Magi’s Spark echo damage increased to 100% (was 50%). Magi’s Spark’s explosion will now properly benefit from spell damage amplification effects and will contribute to Touch of the Magi. Arcane Blast damage increased by 10%. Arcane Barrage damage increased by 12%. Arcane Missiles damage increased by 10%. Leydrinker chance to trigger increased to 15% (was 10%). Leydrinker now echoes for 50% damage (was 15%). Arcane Missiles, Arcane Barrage, Supernova, and Shifting Power can now properly generate Clearcasting. Wizened Wit removed. MONK Brewmaster Heightened Guard reduced to 40%. Windwalker Chi Burst has been redesigned – Your damaging spells and abilities have a chance to activate Chi Burst, allowing you to hurl a torrent of Chi energy up to 40 yards forward, dealing Nature damage to all enemies, and healing to the Monk and all allies in its path. Healing and damage reduced beyond 5 targets. Fixed an issue that caused Chi Burst to deal more damage than intended while Storm, Earth, and Fire was active. PALADIN Holy Divine Favor has been redesigned – Now a passive that triggers automatically after you cast Holy Prism or Barrier of Faith. Several talent locations have moved to facilitate Divine Favor’s choice node moving below Holy Prism’s choice node. PRIEST Cauterizing Shadows can now trigger from enemies dying with Shadow Word: Pain or Purge the Wicked active regardless of the duration of the effect. Added 5% spell variance to Power Word: Shield and Luminous Barrier. Shadow Fixed an issue causing the range of Psychic Link to not be increased by Phantom Reach. WARLOCK Affliction Death’s Embrace has been redesigned – Increases Drain Life healing by 30% while your health is at or below 35% health. Damage done by your Agony, Corruption, Unstable Affliction, and Malefic Rapture is increased by 10% (was 5%) when your target is at or below 35% health (was 20%). Malediction has been redesigned – Increases the critical strike chance of Agony, Corruption, and Unstable Affliction by 10%. Malign Omen has been moved to row 9. Dark Harvest has been moved to row 10. Demonology Blood Invocation has been redesigned – Power Siphon increases the damage of Demonbolt by an additional 25%. Doom is now passive and has been redesigned – When Demonbolt consumes a Demonic Core it inflicts impending doom upon the target, dealing Shadow damage to enemies within 10 yards of its target after 20 seconds. Damage is reduced beyond 8 targets. Consuming a Demonic Core reduces the duration of Doom by 2 seconds. Impending Doom has been redesigned – Increases the damage of Doom by 30% and Doom summons 1 Wild Imp when it expires. Doom Eternal has been redesigned – Demonic Cores reduce the duration of Doom by an additional 2 seconds. Infernal Presence damage reduced by 50%. Destruction New Talent: Unstable Rifts – Bolts from Dimensional Rift deal 25% of damage dealt to nearby enemies as Fire damage. Chaos Incarnate has been redesigned – Chaos Bolt, Rain of Fire, and Shadowburn always gain at least 70% of the maximum benefit from your Mastery: Chaotic Energies.       The visually captivating trail left by Ashes of Al'ar when flying is missing when using the mount with Dragonriding!
      Normally, Ashes of Al'ar creates a fiery trail with glowing lines that radiate from its wings, forming an elegant pattern in the air, which adds to the mount's charm and uniqueness.
      With dragonriding support coming to nearly all mounts in the War Within pre-patch, players have noticed that this striking visual effect is absent.
